I had initally purchased Pampers Active Baby Nappies Jumbo Midi 76'S, Was having a problem with the bands they were just tearing on new nappies. I had posted on social media to explain the problem I am having, they had provided me with a voucher to compensate for the nappies. I had went with the same voucher and bought another set of nappies . but I am still having that problem , the straps are breaking . I have 7 nappies that were not usable ,can I put a broken nappy on my kid? I called in again and explained . A lady by the name of Stephanie had called and says that’s is a manufacturing fault , (yes I am aware I don’t tear nappies for fun). I provided all the information required . she had then advised that the I must keep a side 10 nappies for collection, if they require it . However I don’t get feedback for the investigation. Next I ask her what must I do now the store wnt take them back she answered me “I must see whats fit for my Kid” – should I just throw away the nappies, go out and buy a pack of pampers that a manufacturing Fault ? who is going to compensate me for the damaged nappies ? at R2 a nappy ??? I just feel that pampers did not understand what I was feeling . I feel like changing this brand I am so disappointed in this . At a loss Twice. That voucher given allowed me to buy another pack of damaged nappies :( . I should have changed the brand AT THE INITIAL PROBLEM Please note the nappies aren’t tight for my baby definitely under 10kg
so disappointed in the wet wipes. the texture is terrible gota use atleast 4/5. further more i purchased the box of wet wipes ( Johnsons, Wipes, Gentle All Over Wipes, Pack Of 432 Wipes) i cant even return the box to the store and get some other wipes :( now im left with a box

i have sent numerous emails to custserv@woolworths.co.za tryig calling many times and now im fed up trying from March !!!!! i have purchased the milk tart from woolworths and it was terribly disgusting. the pastry was hard and the custard was clumpy. i am so disappointment in the milk tart, its so damn expensive and for it to be so terrible really and then no feedback. please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had cancelled my contract prior to the contract ending which was feb 2016/jan 2017 However I have received an sms 2 years later to make a payment of R 410 as my account is in arrears!! What ****en account when clearly I had cancelled the the contract , further more I had even went to the gym as this is terrible , Can I get a refund for the months that I have not used the service ? Thank you
second Insurance and same problem.. claim being denied I have many contracts with vodacom and each phone has insurance , now why am i paying for something that i cant use !!!!!! my phone screen is flipping cracked !!! if my my phone cant get fixed , please refund all my premiums thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4th TIME POSTING AND NO RESPONSE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! during the December 2018 , I had took a p20 lite contract . I was asked if wanted to keep my number , however the number was porting during the long weekend , over this weekend i lost the phone , but i did take an insurance , immediately I had called and blocked the phone during this time the number was porting there was no need for me to put the sim card into the phone . i had went to the police station and filled all the documents they Vodacom had required. I had submitted the claim , and it came back denied as they was no usage on the phone .. like the f$$%r sim card was porting what damn usage there was going to be , but I have paid the insurance since December. Now what the hell was i paying insurance for if I can’t get a claim when you purchase a car from the dealership you have to have insurance to get the car , in that time if my car happens to catch alight the insurance will have to cover , there had been no usage but the insurance will cover as it was effective , now I can’t understand its either I am going to get my claim or i want a damn refund from the insurance , what’s the use of actually taking insurance if it’s completely useless!!! flipping useless , I tried calling them numerous times !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!but no answer !!! how can Vodacom actually have an insurance like this ? Now I am paying for a contract that I don’t have and insurance that doesn’t even help …. a very angry customer feel like cancelling all my contracts with Vodacom honestly Friday i received a call from Austin saying that i will get feedback in 48 hours to date no feedback !!! still been debited from my account? a refund for the insurance or my claim!!! paying for something i dont have !!!
