Firstly I am being generous with the one star. Janice Flank is a agent who is only useful to give clients scripted answer. She made me call for over a month and still I am waiting for my payment. Yet I was promised the funds would be in my account on several occasions. Nasty emails was sent and finally received a response to what's exactly going on and where the claim was sitting in the process flow. However she assured me that her manager will call to explain and that was yesterday the 06.05.2024 Mr Rakesh Jivan, I called into the office and got his voicemail, I called again left a call back message, I called again and can't get through.... Did you guys block me for being *********** at your jobs... If so it's fine. See you at your offices soon with my lawyers.
I made an enquiry about car insurance and they couldn't beat the quotation so hence they are supposed to pay me a cash back but now they are avoiding me.
How long does it take a company to do a refund for thier mistakes. It's going to the third month and I am still waiting for my money. I have done everything asked including getting at letter from the bank showing my account number, name and for what reason I can't understand the date the account was opened. Doing all that on the 17th of March today is the 28th and still no positive response from the agents assigned to my case. Keep responding and saying they are verifying. Verifying WHAT exactly.
I used hippo services to optain a cover from Medschield under Medscheme Medphila option which the guy said it would be immediate cover for GP and accidentally incidents. However when trying to use the cover it's not active from the 1st Feb 2023 instead will only be active from 1st May 2023. This is unexceptable and breach of contract as all calls are recorded. The only reason I agreed to it was for the effect date. I will not pay for a medical aid that I can't you for 3 months. That's why I am asking again and again to have my money refunded and the medical aid canceled as it not even active as yet. So please honor my request or I will have to take this up further to ombudsman.

Trying to get them to call me or trying to call them seems impossible.
We was moved from Platinum Acc, to Private Clients, and was offered an additional R15k on our credit card, this was in March 7. We have received the card without the cash loaded due to incompetency of staff handling private clients, we was then asked for some docs,hence that was misplaced, we tried calling but was on hold for 20min plus every time. What's the point of being a private client when we are treated like a random hoe, we have been with you guys for over a decade and this is how you repay our loyalty. Stop lying on your adverti*****t and stop trying to handle me. 100% not impressed.
Early hours of the morning I bought 1GB data bundle using 100VB and R15 airtime which came through successfully. I used about 250mb data and then the entire day till about 17.30pm the network finally comes right. The reason I bought the data was for work purposes due to me being at home because of the Flooding in KZN. I was unable to use the data during the time I needed it to be used hence leaving my job volatile and deeming me incompetent of doing my job, not only have yourl not provided me with network coverage during my time of need yourl also embarrassed me with my job. What the hell must I do with the data now when my router is back home, I wasted my money and voda bucks.
