Bad service from them they take your money and dont refund it as promised in time frame
These individuals will cancel your insurance very quickly. They wouldn't replace the device if you have a mobile device that has stopped working. What if, while working outside, your phone repeatedly drops and eventually develops a fault? Damage caused accidentally would be the same thing. I have paid them for over 3 years and they promised on their website that they would process claims within 3 days. They were quicker to cancel the policy

This company has a good product but the management of it is poor they take their clients serious. Almost every week i have issues. They moved my station to get better signal then we replaced the station with cambium as they say mikrotik is no good. Then we installed the cambium and must say was stable but it also has its problems now today something changed as all other clients i know thats using cambium has very slow uploads and unstable download speeds. Seems like their is always problems with screamer and i have used them for 6months
