I have had my household and allrisk (specified items) covered with Hollard for many years and I must admit that the service I have received when claiming was easy and such a pleasure, especially after I have been in a traumatic situation, unfortunately they have now transferred the existing policies to Dotsure. This is the first time I have had to have the unfortunate incident of claiming through Dotsure. I pay a stipulated premium to cover specified Items(Allrisk) for a specified amount, I have had the unfortunate incident of loosing 2 phones which were insured for a certain amount each, now that I go through the claims process, I am told to get quote as to what the phones are worth, How ridiculous is that, because I have been paying a premium to cover my phones for a stipulated amount and they want to pay me for what my phone is worth now, how stupid is that!!!. I tell them I have been given a phone by daughter to use and they ask me for an Invoice. I told them I dont need a replacement phone, I want to be paid out, and that was never a problem with Hollard, Basically it seems like Dotsure is just giving me the run around and trying to avoid paying me out the claim.
I have purchased a back support posture belt and the description said one size fits all but when I received the Item it was s/m and is so tight, I have sent them emails with no response, yet i was told they would respond within 3 hours.
I purchased a Dress from the following seller on Ebay, which was supposed to have arrived by the 20th November 2020, I have queried as to why I did not receive the dress, only to be told that I have received the dress and the case has been closed. I have followed up with a few other emails and got not reply. Totally disgusted with after sales service. I even enquired as to were the dress was sent to and obviously someone had to sign for the Item!!! This was my first purchase on Ebay, and I dont think I would advice anyone else to buy from them, even though the goods on sale looks good. Can somebody at Kulula please respond to the complaints on hellopeter, it is totally disgusting to say the least that you except payments in advance for bookings and now that we are in lockdown, you guys don't want to refund the amounts paid, and mind you it is not small change especially seeing that we are struggling financially in these tough economic conditions(:
We had put our DSTV subscription on hold as we were moving houses, after 4 months we connected again and what a disappointment to see the same old repeats again, what is up with these people, do they not listen to what the subscribers are saying or they just don't give a ****
I have been with the Holiday Club for 20 years, I must say that their services are not what it used to be, they don't do proper billing for levies, expecting me to pay the difference owing to them because of their incompetence. Their Levies go up yearly without failure, but the condition and availability of resorts is another story altogether. I have been trying to get accommodation at sun city for the last 8 years, they ask you to wait till the resorts are released which is usually in the within 2 weeks of occupation, how in the world can someone put in leave at such short notice. I sent my daughter and son in law to Dikhololo, They stayed in a so called 4 sleeper and were going to take friends with them, thank God they did not, because them being just 2 could barely move inside, it was so small, they had to whisper because they could hear the people next door, that's how close the rooms were. We stayed at a resort in the south coast it was filthy and full of ants, shower tiles were broken, I was so embarrassed, because I took my brother and sister in law with. They even said they stayed at cheaper resorts with more comfort. If there are people that are with the Holiday Club and have issues, please email me on **********
Went to spur lone wolf for their Birthday Special, it was extremely busy with the line of people queuing outside, even though it was busy they never compromised on the service and quality of food. The staff went the extra mile to ensure the patrons were satisfied.
<p>I tried this trading to check them out as there as been numerous complaints about this Company Zurich Prime, True to the word you will loose all your money. I was contacted by a so called Roger Turner doubt that is his real name, first day went fine but from the next day he contniuously wanted me to invest more money and I did invest a little extra to see what happens and yes there is a profit but is a con act, they contiously ask you to invest more and more and once you tell them you dont have more money to invest, you will get up and your account will have a Zero balance and all your money gone. I have done Trading and never ever has my money dissapeared overnight and every penny of it for that matter. Please check out the various media sites like hellopeter and facebook etc and you will see the comments NOT one good one. take my advice and invest through a broker who you can talk to face to face and is a registered Broker. PLEASE BEWARE</p>
