My mum was admitted to sandton Medi-clinic and like all hospitals we were very worried about her getting the best care. But Sandton Mediclinic went above and beyond. 1. They saw that she needed more attention and offered to move her to a room to get 24 nursing 2. The Dr Khonje and Dr Smith and the nursing staff were attentive, daily feedback, caring for her like only family could 3. Changed medicine and arrange alternate care quickly to ensure she recovered quickly. 4. Even when she moved from Medical to neurology ward. The medical nurses would see us and check on her progresss 5. The staff (cleaners, support and nurses ) seem to be well trained to be polite and respectful. When they pass you in waiting room. They all greet and acknowledge you. Shout out to Maggie Mahlungu who specifically stood out This is world class service and you rarely find.
Insurance is a grudge purchase! ……but when you have amazing service provider like Outsurance with amazing service and competitive pricing, it makes it a more bearable experience!
Amazing prices at almost 30% less than other companies. Professional service with efficient collection and return. Agent was helpful to suggest the right car for our family. Improvements : The minor damage on car was not documented and had to be pointed out. Due to traffic we were an hour late to return and was charged for another day. Felt that was inflexible and soured the other wise amazing service. In their defense they did offer a one hour allowance which was not enough. Would definitely use them again
I used Woodford for my business trip to Cape Town. what and Amazing service and a great price. They were about 30% cheapoer than the other car rental companies. i was worried - "would their service levels ne a hassel"? Was I pleaantly surprised!! The entire process was automated and completed online. I had made an error on dates on reservation, one call to area manager on a weekend and he resolved in 5min the entire process was such a please Wish all companies had this level of customer service
I have been trying to contract with Matrix for a new tracking system for 3 days now but: 1. you dont answer your phoone 2. when i finally get through the call cuts and no one calls back' 3. there is no urgency on dealing with customers and i hold on for 30 min at a time 4. i left messages to call me back with no response 5. when speaking to an agent, there is music blaring in the background at the agent is harly able to hear me 6. i have been trying for 4 hours to confirm my installation with no response what shocking service. if this is what its like to buy your service, i dread to think what would happen when my vehicle is stolen. with this in mind, pls cancel my request and i will go to another tracking company that understands cutsomer service.
I have been a regular client at Dis-Chem for all these years and have had an an amazing experience. I have: - great customer experience - all the products are In Stock and plentiful - I feel welcome and the staff are friendly and helpful I have only moved to clicks because of ebucks and am totally disappointed. You have: - your staff are rude and unfriendly - your shelves are empty and even on your 3 for 2 specials....there is only one item on the shelf - the medication is never in stock I was at the Nicolway branch today and the dispensary person do not great instead “ what do you want”. When I complained to head pharmacist, he apologies and she stood there with dagger eyes. Why would I take that abuse. Not even the ebucks are worth the stress! I will be complaining to fnb as well and you are ruining their reputation and ask them to move back to Dis-Chem.
I biggest bugbear is how quickly cut flowers wilt and die! I bought red roses for my wife’s birthday. We are now 19 days later and the roses still look amazing! Thanks Woolworths for your great quality. Most other stores have cut flowers that are already dying while in store. My recommendation to to buy flowers from woolies to get best quality and value for money.
MTN data was down on 8 October at 21:30. The call center had no response but we working on it. My daughter has a exam submission due but they could not be bothered. No alternate no time line except 2-24 hours, they would not call back as they cannot make a call (a cell company that cannot make a call how crazy). The call Centre was going home at 23:00 at time of writing this review. But what about all your customers still struggling with no data for which we paid? Our technician are working on it, we will know tomorrow. I suggested that during a down time the call center should stay open and support customers “oh we didn’t think of that”. Is this a boza network? I think not more like a bizarre network. How useless!!!
I called help at out when my sewer was blocked. I was amazed that within the hour a plumber was on site. When he could not resolve, outsurance sent plumber #2, who also was there within the hour. When he could not resolve outsurance offered for me to get my own plumber and they will reimburse me. This was even more amazing as it was in a Saturday morning. This reimbur*****t was professionally handled and funds in my account within 2 days. That is truly amazing service. I have raised the issue with outsurance that their choice if service providers needs to be investigated as they are ruining the great service of Outsurance.
<p>We visited Jackson republic resturant at OR Tambo airport to welcome family from Canada on 14/1/2017 and had breakfast. </p> <p>Food was mediocre and a rip off at the price. Nevertheless after racking up a bill of R1070 for food and coffee, the kids wanted a glass of water with ice and my visitor a cup of hot water.......not a unreasonable request , right? </p> <p>Wrong!!!! Not at Jacksons.........they do not serve tap water with ice .....to have the luxury of ice you must order bottled water!!!!</p> <p>As for the hot water.....definitely not allowed!! How embarrassing to explain this to our visitors to RSA that ice and hot water are luxuaries in this world class destination. </p> <p> </p> <p>Jacksons are an embarrassment to the SA brand and should be closed down. </p>
