I want to give Joe the assistant at Wentworth hospital his flowers because he deserves them. Joe the Hospital Manager as I would call him, He is so helpful to every patient that comes in to the hospital, the mood he has in the morning is the same mood he will have till he knocks off. He always addresses patients with respect, he is so caring also. If you are lost and dont know where to go, he will leave his desk and accompany you till you are sorted. If you lost your card he will go to every door until it is found and shout at the staff if he needs to. I have been to many hospitals even private but I have never seen someone like Joe, he makes the patients visit to the hospital a smooth sailing. Joe is an asset at Wentworth hospital and they should cherish him
Lossing a loved one is a very difficult time and very stressing but having Thuthukani Mhlongo at Umgeni Branch as our assistant really made our load very light. He was very patient with us, very friendly yet professional. If you talk about someone who goes out of his way to assist a client its him, He made us forget that we were in pain for that period. I can confidently say He is an asset at Icebolethu Funeral Services and He is for keeps. Thank you Miss Mbonambi
I could not afford eye glasses since the prices are too high but ever since I heard of Lensmart and how cheap the eyeglasses are i cannot stop purchasing glasses. Lensmart is a friend you must always keep around.
I went to Keycare Clinic at Hammarsdale Junction Mall, I got the best service from Front desk staff all the way to the Doctor himself. The service was quick and effective. For the first time I was injected by the Doctor not the nurse and it way painless. There consultation fee is reasonable and I got a lot of medication on top. Big up to DR Zulu and his staff.
My friend referred me to Debt Rescue but I was reluctant to call since I have tried many other companies but I was not convinced but speaking to Portia T from Debt Rescue changed my mind, the way she spoke to me made me forget that I was talking to a stranger, It was like I was talking to my sister considering how sensitive the debt issue is . She is so sweet, friendly yet very professional. I wish all companies had Portia T
I was told my parcel will arrive today, at 10:18 a delivery guy told me to come out he is coming, tried calling the kids at home and found out they are not there. I waited for them to call me again so that I ask them to leave it with a neighbouring shop but they didnt call. After 25 minutes I called them back and told them to leave the parcel at the shop, however they said they have left and asked me whats my street name, I doubt they came because they would know the street. They said they will come back again at 13:30, a call centre guy called me as well asking what the delivery guy said and I told him that he said he will come back at 13:30, he said he doubts they will come at that time coz usually when they come back for the second time they come later. I specified that I needed that parcel today and he said he will tell them and I told the delivery guy as well. I then asked my husband to take some time off work and wait for the parcel, He waited more than 1 and half hours, He then called me and said I must ask them when they will come because he has to rush back to work. I called the delivery guy, he answered and said he will call me back, after about 10 minutes of no returned call I called him back and he did not answer. I waited coz the call centre guy said they might come late. At about 6pm I called him again without an answer. I then called the call centre and they told me the delivery guy took the parcel back because he could not get hold of me and there was no one at home which is a lie coz my kids were at home and my phone was with me. They said there is nothing they can do I will only get it Monday just like that. I am so dissappointed and angry. I have never received such a poor service from a courier company
I am very disappointed with Capitec. On the 10th of August 2023 I went to Hammarsdale branch to open a business account. I filled up the forms they gave me and provided all the documents they requested but until now no one has given me feedback. I then tried to apply online, a lady called Rebone Mabilu sent me the forms to fill, I told her the form she sent me is locked I cannot edit and sign, she then asked for documents, and I provided her on the 17th of August 2023, after that she kept quiet. I called yesterday which is 5 days later and requested to speak to her, a lady that answered said she was busy on a call but send her an inhouse message requesting her to call me, after hours without her calling I called again and the lady that answered said she had left for the day and advised me to send her a message of which I did. After realizing that there was no reply on my message I followed up with a call again today, the lady who answered said she is busy on another line and asked for my number again to give to Rebone's supervisor, I gave her, after a few minutes she sent a mail saying that my forms were not completed and sent again, the same one that I informed her on the 17th that it was locked. I am so disappointed with Capitec Business
I took a contract with MTN in 2016 during Black Friday, i upgraded in 2018 Black friday i had no problem, also in 2020 Black friday everything went smoothly but this time around I waited for Black Friday as I normally do only to find that they say my contract was ending on the 12th November 2022 which is before my upgrade date, they have billed me R1619.51 instead of R366 that I normally pay. I am not happy about this and I dont understand it, I am not willing to pay this amount
When they advertise about online application they make it seem like it will take a few days and easy but thats the biggest lie. I applied for a business account on the 23rd September but till today I havent received an account number. I have called more than 10 times asking for assistance everyone pushing me to another dead end. The last person that assisted me was Phumzile Mzinyane who asked me to send the documents of which I sent 2days after my application but I did send her 3days ago, the only response I got from her was a confirmation of receipt of documents. I sent follow up emails to her but no response and its 3days now. I am really dissappointed
I activated datashare with my partner but i discovered that the night data does not work on his yet he is the one who works night shift and need to utilise them, why did you disable this, is this your plan to retrieve some data through night data. Please sort this out
