I bought the Mens Asics Gel-Excite 10 Light Blue/Electric Lime Running Shoes Bash on line store on the 9 December 2024, the system message said order will be delvered within 5 days. To date I have not received my order, after many calls and emails, their team keeps on promising to find out from their courier, but not available. Today I receive a message offering me a R100 voucher as an apology from Bash, all need is my refund back as this company clearly does not understand how online works, good customer service. I am really dissapointed in this Bash and will never again buy from them. If I knew what kind of company they are, I would never have bought from them. Anyone reading this, please do not make the same error, this looks like a con shop, even if the price is low or cheap,don't even try, rather look at other reliable online stores than Bash
I want to register my dissatisfaction and utterly disappointment at Mercedes Benz South Africa for allowing companies such as United Motors Secunda to render service on their behalf. I took my car in on the 26 November 2019, at 07:30 and the car was only attended to at 16:00, the service was rushed, the car was released after 18:00 and not washed. My wife had to sit for 3 hours waiting for the car to be attended to. I will never ever take my car to Secunda United motors, they don't understand the meaning of professionalism, the Quality of service to be rendered and treating customers with respect, I wonder why companies like this exist. I'm really shocked how a company like this can be associated with Mercedes benz brand. This is very appalling to say the least.
I am utterly disappointed by the level of unprofessionalism and disregard for Quality Service by United Motors Secunda. I took my car in for service at 07:30, at 15:00 the car was not yet serviced and only went into the workshop at 16:00, the service was rushed just through the service. My car was released after 18:00 and not washed. I wonder why Mercedes Benz South Africa still allows such bad companies to represent it. This is really bad. I will never ever take my car to Secunda United Motors, they don't know what professionalism is and they are really poor at what they do.
I wish they be out of business I'd like to raise my utter disgust at Vodacom for being such a bad company in handling my fraudulent case of ID. It has been more a year now and Vodacom has the guts to say I owe them R18 600 even when I made contact with their fraud department that is really pathetic in resolving issues, I forwarded all necessary documents to them to clear my name on the March 2017 and still they cannot even send me proof that they have cleared my name on ITC. I have made numerous calls to Vodacom with no success. Vodacom does not have decency to deal with people's grievances in a respectful and quick manner even when you have proof that a fraud has been committed against you. I wish Vodacom to be out of business one day for treating me so bad. I was promised that this case will be resolved urgently but now Vodacom has gone quiet as they always do. They are bunch of lies and cheats.I think we must start a complain against Vodacom, not to buy their products and services so they can feel what we feel when they fraudulently accuse.

Last year I wrote a complain about Cell C illegally debiting my bank account and they promise to rectify this. I assume they will but I then blocked them for furthering their illegal activities. I recently realized that they are saying I am owing approximately R5000 this is after I told them that I never had an account with them and I'll never. I don't use their services but they have the guts to putting my name on credit bureau to make me look bad. I never wanted to be associated with them. You try to call their legal department, you hold for more 10 minutes, appalling service. I just need to clear my name with this
<p>I noticed late last year that Cell C is illegally debiting my bank account. I then contacted them and registered my complain, as I have never had a Contract with Cell C, Cell C promised to look into the matter. I then asked my bank to reverse this transactions which they could only reverse one and Cell debited twice the amount in the next month which was November which went through. I have submitted an avidavit, ID copy and Bank Statement to Cell C for them to refund me the amount illegally debited and still waiting for the resolution. Today I realise that Cell C has again debited twice my account even after registering my complain with them.</p>
<p>Since September 2016 Vodacom has been debting my account illegaly, I only realised in December and took it up with Vodacom this year. I have even done an avidavit to get refund from Vodacom and this to be stopped, but to date I have been waiting for them to resolve this matter as I don't have any contract with them and have pleaded with them to stop this.</p>
