The service from this company is pathetic, network lags, unstable and keeps disconnecting. I've been complaining and requesting for a resolution and to know there's no resolution. We are supposed to have 50/50 mbps line but this is super slow. We are throttled down daily.
I've ran out of data a couple of days ago and I've been unable to load data from the MTN app, Banking app even using the USSD code. MTN admins have been telling me that they are resetting the device or line to date they still fail. This is the worst service given that I have had a contract with them for over 15 to 20 years and now I'm getting **** service. I can't work remotely because of this and all they can say is for me to call again tomorrow.
Should any need legal help or services from Theartmey be warned these people are snakes who use the legal language to scare or threaten people who shut them down. All they seem to be is desperate for cash and force their u wanted service down customers throats. We received a call that these people want to handle our bond registration and transfer when we told them we don't want or need their services they wanted to charge us for so-called waste charges. The other dude on a ****** high horse by the name basson tried to intimidate us however we told them to shove their services up where the sun doesn't shine. Worse law firm you can deal with.
I've had really bad service and poor client service from Standard Bank home owner insurance. 1st - when trying to call the call center no answer and I had to log the claim manually online myself. 2nd - Assessor was sent through without my consent and had to make abrupt arrangement for assessor. 3rd - Claim get declined via email no proper advise and clean gutters didn't mean anything, the current storms we are experiencing in the area don't add value to the reason for the claim yet I don't control the climate. The damn Standard bank insurance is getting my premium every month without any fail yet they look for a reason not to help. I now have damages to my ceiling and lights in two rooms are damaged, they need replacing. I'm caught between a rock and a hard place whether to wait for a reply from the ombudsman's reply yet in my house that I have my precious people/family in is getting damaged. <p>In January 2017 I had a leak on my water meter that I wasn't aware of and my bill was high I paid the bill as I wasn't aware of the leak. I however reported at the beginning of February that I noticed a the leak on the meter.</p> <p> </p> <p>A call was logged on only attended at the end of February. Now I'm seating with a heavy bill and the response from the Christiann Ndaba comes baclk to say he notices that this is normal usage on my side for before and after the leak. No proper investigation was done to check what average do I pay on my account. THIS IS SERIOUS BAD SERVICE.</p> <p> </p> <p>I initially spoke to Joyce Mvulane who intern advised me to pay half the total bil which i did and the accounts department still slap me with NO change in the amount and NO FEEDBACK and someone not taking time to analyse the average usage.</p> <p> </p> <p>If anyone has information on how I can escalate this further please let me know as I'm a loyal citizen who pays my bills and abides by the law but if I'm being treated like an idiot I don't see why should I just sit and take the beating.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is by far the most pathetic service.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>regards;</p> <p>Mpho</p>
<p>The worst experience for expecting great service from a so called private school that opened in Albertsdal. I had both my kids at the school (Royal Schools Alberton) and there my son had a raw deal in this. The grade R teacher "Shelby" didn't see any good in my son be it school work, behavior nor personal and home ethics as she has had the audacity/guts to ask if we pray at home, do we watch things that can make my son be violent or play in the manner he does etc. Lord knows I held back a couple of swear words.</p> <p> </p> <p>This stupid midget woman (looks like a beat-up character from Harry Potter movie) has even not paid attention to make sure that my son's year end report was ready nor did she put any remarks on whether there's any progress or any improvements that we can do to help my son. The Grade R certificate came with the wrong name and as we asked to have it ammended she said the name has been like that on the system. No sign of concern whatsoever. Communication book was never returned for us to know what was her final answer from the HOD or the School Principal (Ms. Bodley). Not sure if this shelby is a liar by profession or what.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now that we've changed the school and my son started his grade 1 at one of the reputable schools in our area, the communications we are recieving from the school is amazing, the work load that the teacher gives the kids is excellent first month of the schooling term and we've already recieved numerous feedback and their books were brought home for us to check the work done thus far.
