cheap china jewelry ****ming people
I had the worst exsperience with this company , pretending to be a south african based company family owned in Cape Town . The jewelers doesn't look like the pictures is cheap plastic and metal not silver and cheap looking. jewelers took 3 weeks to get here and arrived with buffalo couriers and the jewelry come from a cheap factory in China They spray things saying its gold and when you want to return they make impossible to return as it cost 3 times to send back as a individual . Then they only give you 30 present back I have lost alot of money due to this companies **** and false advertising .

Worst company ever
They have been deducting money from my account for three months now and i didn't sign any agreement nor did i give a verbal agreement.

Incompetence to cancel my subscription i didn't even agree to
I never agreed to any subscription and tried to cancel several times and they still keep taking money from my account. I made recording of all my attempts to cancel and retrieve my money back with no success thus i am now contacting my lawyer and taking this further with my evidence

Makro Cape gate
Had the worst experience with cape gate makro. No sense of customer care and i was put on hold for 18 minutes. I phoned again asking to speak to a supervisor or manager and was put on hold again for 10 min. This was bad as i had a high regard for tgis company and was very disappointed the ladies attitude was rude and no one has come back to me about my online order. Their excuse was out of stock which i understand but the customer care was horrible and i wasted more than 100 rand worth of airtime. This will be the last time i make use of this company incompetance is not the word.

Not happy
<p>Been with them since last year may 2016 . . I asked for a form to give my gp to fill in so that he can be on the list of doctors after 8 emails phone calls and so forth nothing . . . When I joined guy told me there is doctors in the herm**** area which was not true so now they only pay half of a doctors visit because no one is listed.</p>
