Replacement spares impossible to find
I will never again buy any appliances from this brand. I've been struggling to get ahold of anyone just to buy a simple replacement battery for my Alphabot Max, but it seems absolutely impossible for this company to even answer a simple phone call or email. SUPER disappointed and I've clearly wasted my money.

Non-existent customer service.
I've made countless phone calls, sent a number of emails but Tevo's (and Bennett Read's) customer service is NON EXISTENT! All I want is a replacement battery for my Bennett Read Alphabot Max, but it seems impossible. They are *********** and I would definitely not recommend.

Excellent customer service and quick shipping after payment
Their customer service followed up quickly on an email I sent via the website. I ordered a used lens and received it within two business days in Limpopo! The quality is impeccable, and I’m very happy with the service I received.

10/10 recommend!
We used Eezi Move to relocate from Cape Town to Hoedspruit. All our furniture was placed in their Pretoria storage units over the December holiday. At the last minute, they informed us that they could reroute our load directly to Hoedspruit (it was originally going to Polokwane). Everything arrived in perfect condition — they even watered my houseplants! Highly recommended.

CUSTOMER CARE is non-existent
We bought tickets for the Bulls vs Stormers game. The seats we selected, and PAID for, does not coincide with the seats on our tickets. Now we have ****ty seats and NO ONE answers the phone. Between me and my husband we phoned 11 times. ****mers.

Criminal activity not attended to
Phone was stolen right on the premises. No access to security footage and the manager, Jacques, made NO ATTEMPT to help us with the situation. Made empty promotion regarding the CCTV footage and is still "too busy" to attend this criminal matter that happened in his restaurant. HORRIBLE people skills!
