Perfect from start to finish
Absolutely great service from start to finish. Booking their service was effortless. Communications were easy. Technicians was friendly and helpful. The quality of work was perfect. It looks like a new car. I can recommend them to anyone.

1 and a half months to process and approve a simple claim
<p>We have received our Claim number from AF in June 2017 and submitted all required documentation.</p> <p>It is the 12th of August and we are unable to get any answers. Yesterday when we enquired for the 10th time, they lost our paperwork, and we had to submit it again.</p> <p>Is it possible to deliver such bad service and stay in business these days?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

It only took a year to resolve
<p>It took DSTV mire than a year to resolve the issue that I was not able to rent on BoxOffice. At one stage they even tried to convince me that the fact I have a cellphone contract is the reason I'm struggling and should get a prepaid cellphone package </p> <p>At the end it was an incorrect and totally unknown cellphone nr on their system that I requested to be changed four times already. </p> <p>Pathetic </p>
