I was involved in an accident where someone smashed into my rear whilst I was at a red robot. The claim was handled by Iwyze and the offender was also insured through Old Mutual. I waited patiently for a refund of my excess and after 6 months was ready to blow a gasket at the shabby service. After numerous queries I was contacted by Sandra who took no time at all to finalise- and I happily received a very welcome refund today- Thank you for your efficiency
Whilst the initial service via on line was great and the Modem was basically delivered the next day- and a promise of installing the fibre within 5 weeks- I have heard nothing? I have tried contacting you- but refuse to hold on for longer than 3 minutes/, I have pressed the call me back button-which promptly announces that it is out of operation/ I have sent an email to support- / You promised you would sort out the debit order which you shouldn't have sent -but no response- -so I have placed a stop order on same - NO RESPONSE? Are you still there? do I need to find another service provider!

I have requested the branch to cancel my club fees several times to no avail. I then have to pay a service fee because the club fees are outstanding. So now I want to close my account. Last week the uninterested lady at Eastgate Edgars advises there is a balance outstanding of R31.60 so I cannot close the account- the amount relates to the Club fee- which I told her I do not want. I pay the R32 by EFT and phone today to close the account. Lo and behold a new Club fee is payable before I can close the account. An ex staff member once mentioned that the staff are trained not to accept cancellations. Edgars will lose another customer now. Please close my account!
Just wanted to say that Amu at FNB private clients is simply fantastic- he always responds promptly and adds value- He is a tremendous asset to FNB
We were shopping for kitchen appliances- when we popped into Makro Germiston! The salesman and warranty guys were fantastic- showing us the specials- giving discount arranging extended warranties, delivery and installation- I spent a small fortune-but it was all worth it
During the odd 30 years of my policy - I have paid every month on time- Now that I am nearing retirement and wish to change the policy slightly- as it still runs for another 4 years- The service centre confirms= There is no flexibility! I am told to pay the policy in advance and when the premium is due- the policy will remain paid. What's the use of paying in advance if the additional funds are not invested? and I cannot at least get the tax benefit, Sorry that I ever took out a policy with Liberty
