We had an excellent experience with Mike from Wattie Pergolas & Awnings. From the first consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and you can see they take real pride in what they do. Everything was completed on time and exactly as promised. Non existent customer service, there phone number doesn't even work anymore
Disgustingly bad Aftersales support, I enquired a week ago about a new freezer door for my double door fridge, they sent me a quote to pay on Monday and promised to have the order processed within a day or two. I did an immediate payment, Wednesday Lucinda emails me and tells me she quoted me the wrong price and that it needs be rectified, I tried calling the whole day to find out what's going on and even asking her co workers to ask her to call me back which never happened we are now at a week later and I have not heard anything from Hisens I would think twice before ever buying another hisense product.
I would like to bring to the attention of Managers & Owners of 1-Grid the exceptional service I have been receiving from Shawaal, She has been exceptional friendly, helpful, understanding, transparent and competent regarding my account with 1-Grid instantly fixing problems and making me feel at ease about my account and the state of my account, she is an exceptional communicator and definitely someone that I will always want to work with @ 1 Grid hosting almost a 1000 domains is no easy task especially keeping track of the accounting thereof thanks to Shawaal I am very pleased with the service I received today
Nick installed Balustrades at our home in Randburg, we did an excellent Job, 6 Months later they are still in pristine shape as the day he installed them. Thanks Nick Great Service and Aftersales support, even called me after a month to follow-up that everything is still in order
1-Grid is dropping the ball, constant server downtime. it seems they stop caring when the holidays come around, I have almost 700 domains on my server and with the constant downtime we are losing clients.

Incredible service, there was a very big billing error over the financial year of 2019-2020 and with some arrangement etc... I can just continue working and I know my account is in order now, thank you for the team at 1 Grid, especially Kemal, Zaheer, Bonisani, Zuan-Pierre, Andiswa and I am sure there are a few name sI am leaving out
I upgraded online, I haven't had any feedback in the last 4 Days, I have called 3 times now and was told I have to wait for a call, how is this convenience? I have had my Vodacom number and contract for 6 years now, I have spent thousands on contract payments and spend at least R2000 a month on airtime, this might be a great time to move my number and contract somewhere else.
