I made on order on the 1st October 2025, made payment using online payment. After the payment I didn't receive confirmation for my order. I then wrote to avon to request order confirmation and they requested I send them proof of payment as we Bank confirmation letter which I did . To date I haven't received any information confirming my order all they say is they're currently busy with enquiry. It's now the 6th I still don't know what's the progress with my purchase or investigation. All I ask is Avon to return my money seeing that I won't be receiving anything from them.
We bought my daughter's HP laptop last year at Makro, under warranty for a year it started giving my daughter problems in May this year. We took the laptop to pinnacle in June this year for repairs however, we're not getting any assistance to date. Been taken from pillar to post when making enquiries about the laptop. My daughter is back at school without a laptop which has been with pinnacle for more than a month. Dineo Moloi wrote an email to my partner saying it can be collected d on 19 June 2025 , only to find out there's no such laptop hasn't been fixed. My daughter's suffering at varsity without a laptop which only survived for a year now they say it has motherboard issues . Reference number 17610
I have an investment account with Old Mutual requested for withdrawal which is supposed to be within 5- 7 working days but it's not even processed by now. Escalated the complaint still not getting any assistance from anyone. Received an automated response only. I need the funds to pay for my child's school but I'm struggling as if I'm applying for a loan. I wouldn't recommend Old mutual to anyone with their bad service to their customers
We have had business insurance with Econorisk Pty Ltd since 2019 and the underwriter for this is Hollard trucking . First I spoke to Brenda at Captive and she referred me to Econorisk claim administrator Isaac to assist me with putting in a claim. Then from then on I worked with Isaac and submitted all requested documents from their side and he opened a claim number COM156343JB/1 , and he instructed me should third party make contact with me I shouldn't communicate anything just refer all communications to him and they'll manage everything from their side of which I did with every email received was forwarded to the administrator. On the 04/10/2022 received an email which was sent to Isaac from Bradley (Hollard trucking) which confirmed that claim was validated Claim number TKJCLTK000003706 6299318 However on the 19 September 2022 , received email from third party which indicated that there hasn't been any contact made from my insurer . I informed Isaac that third party is now going to issue default judgement against the company because there's no communication from our side. Yesterday 14/11/2022 received a document that judgment has been lodged against our company and I had sent numerous emails requesting update on the matter and if there has been any commutation made with third party instead Bradley forwarded emails to his colleagues (HollardThirdPartyClaims) and CC me and still nothing is done to date. would you kindly assist as this is the worst service I've ever received. This is the very first time we put in a claim and our premiums are up to date I DON'T recommend these companies at all
I have insurance with vodacom for two devices, my daughters were mugged the bag which had their cellphones in it amongst other things. So I completed the documents needed to claim insurance sent them through on the 1st April 2019 to NelisaM@finrite and claims.deviceinsurance ********** Didnt even receive acknowledgement of receipt of documents. On the 8th I re-sent same email to same address then received an email as well as call from consultant Neo Selepe asked me to send documents to her, she then told me that my claim is declined because cellphone numbers and devices I'm claiming for do not correspond. I explained to her that I have 4 contracts with vodacom and she seems to have incorrect information but she said that's the information she has on screen. What I would like to find out is why is Vodacom declining my claim while they're debiting me monthly and telling me about devices that I don't know of which are insured under my account. I NEED for them to conclude my claim causing such inconvenience for my family after an ordeal we went through. I have been a loyal customer to vodacom for years and I thinking of leaving the network if this is the type service we receive from them . I'm very disappointed .
We received approval for Makro credit for liquor department via email and we asked our representative Tshepo Setai to find out if it still stands and he confirmed that it does that we only need a card from them to be printed and some forms that we signed me and my husband that was two weeks ago . When I send messages asking about the process no response and then he sent his managers numbers to both of us . Managers name is Dinesh Reddy whom my husband contacted and to get story short he's behaving like Tshepo you never get feed back they're always looking for Fatima at head office for two weeks they can't get hold of her. I also requested tax invoices last month from Tshepo nothing presented then went to back office requested them again from them still nothing. Makro vaal service is bad and they're are dealing with businesses and they don't seem to care about their customers business at all. I'm very disappointed with them
<p>I have 4 contracts with Vodacom, bougut my daughter phone and it was stolen. I called Vodacom call centre on the 9/2/17 to report and to get the phone blacklisted. An agent said that I would receive an sms after 48hrs in order for me to open a file at SAPS . Waited for 48hrs nothing came through then called Vodacom call centre again on the 11/2/17 only to be told that the phone was never blacklisted. This is a very bad service received because I want to put a claim on insurance but this Incompetence is becoming a huge stumbling block. </p> <p> </p>
