So I reported terrible service received from Matrix Warehouse on this site and they reported it as false. I sent a card in for repairs at Matrix Warehouse. Duncan Pringl (the owner) then refused to give me the full credit for the card as he did not invoice it out the correct way. He then went and forced Raymond Robert Smith (Matrix Sunward Park employee) to accept the credit even though Raymond did not originally purchase the card. I will continue to post this till Duncan Pringl or Raymond Robert Smith pays me the excess credit that is due to me
Been struggling for 3 weeks to get 2 sim cards activated but the Rica guys keep rejecting my documents I have used MTN contract accounts, my car license papers. I have asked in Facebook groups and people have used both of these themselves and got the sim cards!! Why am I singled out and where else can I get telkom data for this price range as if this is how it starts with WebAfrica then probably best I do not use their services!!
So I bought a graphics card second hand from a matrix warehouse employee. This card was then sent in for repairs under warranty. Suppliers paid out a credit for the item as they could not repair it. Matrix then refused to pay me the full amount stating that they incurred a loss when selling the part and are therefore taking that loss from the credit. They then side stepped me and paid their employee the partial credit to avoid me taking legal action against them. I have since reported them to the CGSO for this.
I canceled all services with Axxess in January and confirmed this with Adrian Pillay in January. Axxess then blocked my account for not paying the penalty for cancelling within 6 months of starting a service. Since then, they continue to bill me for a service that I had canceled and no matter who I talk to, I cannot get them to stop. Start of March, Anika had told me that a blocked account should not having any ongoing invoices as its blocked. Today I spoke to Anika again and she stated that Axxess will not cancel the service till I pay the penalty and they will force me to have a service against my will with them and will force me to pay it and till I pay the penalty.
Never been so dissappointed in internet connectivity than what I have been the last 5 months with both Afrihost and Axxess. I struggled with their fixed wireless for 3 months before cancelling with Afrihost and then being hit with a R1000 cancellation fee (Afrihost to phone me and refund me) They suspended my services and I lost clients because of them suspending me over their F&%k up!! Then I moved over to Axxess in hopes of having actual support agents at my disposal when I have issues. Pffft... That is not happening. Axxess has rude online agents (Dawn). Their support tickets are managed by robots that keep asking me to do their paperwork for them. The last 3 weeks I have been lucky if I get 1mbps download speeds. I got 10mbps before without hassles. All my clients running on the Cell C fixed wireless service is complaining about this and they are scattered around JHB area. WHY WON'T CELL C JUST ADMIT THERE IS A PROBLEM ON THEIR SIDE AND FIX IT?!?!?! Axxess and Afrihost to call me regarding this as they are both USELESS!!

So these people have sold me Cell C data packages. Me as well as hundreds of other people are complaining about slow Cell C data since the weekend's issue and Axxess refuses to make it public. They are treating my slow connection as an isolated issue and therefore not actually realizing that there is a bigger issue. I left Afrihost because they too believed my issue was isolated and then a few weeks later had a breakout where all people were experiencing my issue and then only resolved the problem. Axxess and Afrihost really need some competition out there as they are both dropping the ball and both offer useless support. Even Dawn on their live chat avoids answering questions and is super lazy to try and actually help. Or she is just not equipped to be a support agent. My issue needs to get resolved or I am pulling the plug on all services that I have through you guys and will move to Telkom if I have to
So today I got suspended after paying the amount agreed on a month ago, two days ago. I then try call 808 and get a prompt that service is suspended, please call my service provider??? Who is MTN then??? I then try the 135 number that they saying that they moving to and guess what? Still tells me to call my service provider! Should I be calling Telkom for this and the service and system is starting to behave just like Telkom?
Not only did Afrihost lie about the delivery date of my product but for the last 2 months I have had no joy with them. My internet drops whenever I try to stream or actually use it. Or I get a whole 5mbps down and 0.5mbps up which is pathetic for LTE I have been busy with support tickets for the last 2 months and all they can do is follow their set of 5 questions to reply to in order to fix the issue. Yes I have restarted my router. yes I have reset my router and recreated the profile. Yes I have tried a different device. I used the exact same hardware with a cellc sim card from axxess and didnt have this issue. I cannot understand how their service can be so bad and how their staff cannot refer my issue to management or their supervisor as it is going on for more than 7 days. more than 30 days even
Another complaint about how useless afrihost is. I order a service online and get offered same day delivery which I then take. I then get a mail stating they have sent r1 to me to verify my account which is already in use by them for other services I purchase from them. Which will take 2 business days. So the sales pitch was a lie. I then try make a payment towards my account which is already in credit to try get the account verified again only to find that their clientzone breaks on this option. I try phone to get this sorted only to find their lines are no longer open on a Saturday morning. Who is the competition for afrihost and axxess as they both useless when it comes to service delivery and it is as if they try to be worse than the other in that department.
