SCAM! Don't buy Canvas on Daddy's Deals
This company must be an absolute scam. I bought this on Daddy's Deals and thought it was a legit company. Their website's turnaround time says 24 hours. It has been 6-7 weeks and nothing. Excuses are occasionally given: We are very busy and will be sent in 3-4 days (even though they didn't have a delivery address); The consultant dealing with your order quit with minute notice; your order is complete but our system is offline (Why can't you send it if it's complete?); Week 5 - Our warehouse has been broken in to. I was also blocked off their WhatsApp line at times. I asked for a refund according to the consumer act and ignored it. RUN. RUN. Do not purchase.

Terrible quality and terrible attitude
Pathetic service delivery, attitude stinks, very unpleasant and unprofessional!!! Gave my deposit about 2 months prior. I was asked when the wedding date is (I have screenshots) and I followed up asking about progress about 2 times. It was wedding week and the dress arrived the week after. Furthermore, she responds with an attitude like it's my fault for her incompetence. THEN she advertises the skirt she made for me for R390 on her page. She charged me R700! The quality was definitely not worth it for that price. Thin, cheap, see-through satin. No underskirt. I thought I would support small businesses, but never again. She blocked commenting off her posts probably because more people have been complaining. Terrible.

States delivered but wasn't delivered
It seems I'm one of many who has received a 'your parcel has been delivered and it wasn't actually delivered. 3 people were home yesterday and I didn't receive a phone call if they were actually here. I asked for a copy for whoever signed for it or a picture of them and they said I have to contact the sender. I did contact Clicks. They said I'm the second person that said this, today. Why lie?

Buyfresh is the best
I have purchased products from Buyfresh more than once and am very pleased. Their service is fast and the website user-friendly. Their produce is freshly wrapped in biodegradable material. There's a great variety of healthy products and always had a free gift e.g. a Cinnabon with the order. I'll definitely be ordering in the future.
