Active since Feb 2017
I have been using their fibre-to-the-home for about a year and a half without any issues till thus far, the installation and activation was extremely quick and their team put in proper effort to do a excellent job. Would gladly recommend. a Nice to have would be more free line upgrades more often ;)
The level of service I received was disgusting to say the least. They overcharged on some of the registration fees that are regulated actually. Secondly the assistant was extremely unprofessional when we asked them any questions, which is not good seeing as it was our first property we purchased. I would strongly recommend avoiding them where possible.
In my experience the service was excellent, they came to my house, fixed my tv which is almost impossible to transport for repairs, while being fast and diligent when explaining what happened and why. I take my hat off for Ishmael and Alex who went above and beyond to ensure they did a proper job, give those men a bells.
I joined the medical aid +- 6 months ago with an existing condition where they would not cover meds for a year which is fine, fast forward to 14 December 2018. I was involved a motor vehicle accident rushed to hospital where the doc wanted to take x-rays and a brain scan. On my way into xrays i have to hear Ill have to pay myself. Upon further inquiry they say they wont be paying seeing as I was taken to triage/casualties instead of beimg hospitalized meaning it has to come of the savings. Whats the use in having a medical aid then if they drop you during a crisis.
They went above and beyond for me as a customer. Extremely helpful and would recommend them anyone looking to buy car. Inge and Baldwin were professional, open and more than willing to help or answer anything.
i tried getting in contact with them to settle outstanding debt. I got a call from their attorneys eventually that said he would send through banking details because all of a sudden they aren't allowed to debit twice in a month despite having done it the previous month. I have not received any banking details as of yet and I'm highly disappointed.
I am currently repaying debt to outsurance through a debit order for a claim submitted by a client of theirs. I changed banks recently and basically contacted them to have the details for the debit order updated to new account to move the debit date to the 1st of every month as to get all my debit orders on the same day. After numerous times asking the consultant that helped with the claim that it would go off on the first of the month and that it would go off on the new account I received an sms on the 17/04/2018 that they tried to debit my cheque account which then bounced because my pay has not gone in yet. A simple changed that needed to be made on their system has now basically given my credit score a knock because it bounced, I basically need to pay penalties to the bank as well as try make sure the date gets fixed. The service they provide is dismal at best and I'm competency of their team if a person can Mistake the 1st of every month as the 17th of every month. Still waiting for the issue to be resolved.
I have been trying to get help from Standard bank on moving my account to them and have been struggling 3 days to get a call back. Applied for numerous call backs, sent emails even went on their Facebook platform to request help. The general customer service is dismal at best and that's even before I actually join them, i don't want to know it would be like after I have moved.

Decent and fast service no complaints so far

I have been trying to reach Unisa for probably about 3 weeks now with regards to trying to get more information on a Masters degree I want to enroll for and thus need more information however after countless emails and calls I have not had a murmur from their side. They have no regards for possible new students and are the most unprofessional university I have dealt with.
