I paid for a washing machine a week ago and have still do not have the machine nor even a date of delivery. Despite my request for a date both in person and in email. I did not get the courtesy of a reply. The service received from Cape Town branch is appalling. They are argumentative and despite my request that the machine was urgent and Miele having the full payment a week already I still do not even have a date of delivery. Unacceptable for such an expensive purchase and disregard for customers. Shocking that they feel they can treat customers this way.
I have received consistently excellent service from Faithful To Nature. Great online platform, and speedy delivery service. If anything has go wrong in receiving my purchases due to stock availability, they have been aware of the problem before I have had a chance to follow up with them. Their communication is excellent and very responsive. They are diligent and focused on immediately resolving the issue. I feel highly valued as a customer.
You've got to be joking! In this economic climate it takes a special kind of sales person to drive away customers. Arrogant, argumentative and aggressive Salesperson "Tum" will result in us never going into this store again. I tried to get cartridges for our new printer. There are too many other stores willing to do business, to have to go through an unpleasant experience like this again.
I went to the pharmacy to get me son's medication today. This is yet another incident with Constantia Pharmacy's awful attitude by the same older pharmacist. He is arrogant, uncordial and disdainful. I get given generics without first been asked and today, when I asked if all the medication was as per the doctor's script - he looked so put out. Of course he hadn't given me the exact medication, hadn't informed me - but his attitude when I asked what he had given me was just incredible. As though I dare question what he gives me. Also there was not warning on the packaging he gave me with regards to eating a meal before taking the meds. Thank goodness I googled the medication before it was taken. I have complained before to the manager but this time I am going to find myself a new family pharmacist - it's just not worth it.
Arrogant, incorrect and insulting attitude from SARS. After the better part of the day holding for a consultant and being dropped after 2.5 hours of holding and then phoning again holding for another 2 hours - this after trying to pay for a penalty which had not been given the correct payment reference number for a couple of days and incurring daily interest - the consultant did not assist me as I requested. Outrageous. He yawned in my ear. Showed no compassion and arrogantly told me he would email the correct one. I wanted to know where he got the info on my efile but he refused to show me - then hang up on me.
Cellphone contract completed, I opted not to upgrade my phone and instead just take a contract of R199.00 in February 2020. I was told my debit payment would reflect the new amount from March 2020. However in April 2020 MTN is still taking the old contract amount of R736.00. Despite calling and emailing them - I get arrogance and lack of any customer care. I am so frustrated! This is the second time they are doing this! MTN is just a horror to deal with!
I used Speed Services to send a Christmas parcel to our Grandfather from Cape Town to Howick. I paid extra for a 48 hour service on 18th December to be delivered by latest 20th December. I was given a tracking number for online tracking. The parcel was not delivered and has still not been delivered, despite me tracking it online, which doesn't work, and calling the post office. I have been given misinformation about the whereabouts of the parcel. Its shocking service and personnel give misleading information.

<p>Leith Roofing were contracted to repair my sagging roof but created more problems than I ever had. My roof needed structural repair, a problem identified by my painters due to a sagging roof. My roof had no problems besides the sag. Leith Roofing, together with another contractor, repaired my roof but in so doing created a list of problems. The worst of all is that my house sounds like a tent now. When the wind blows, and that is often in Cape Town, the house sounds like a flapping tent! It is very disturbing and unsettling. </p>
