What An Experience, First Off, We Need To Give A Huge THANK YOU To Hussar Grill @ Century City. About 2 weeks ago, I had made a secret booking to celebrate our 15th Wedding Anniversary, in my booking I put in a small request at the time I honestly thought nobody would actually read it but I just took the chance. In my request was to celebrate our Anniversary but it was not just any ordinary celebration. This was more special as I am fighting Stage 4 Cancer and 2 years ago, I was told I would not make it past 8 months in 2022. Again, this celebration held so much meaning to it, I needed to celebrate a very special person I call my husband. he has gone through my journey with me and has held me up in so many occasions I didn’t know if I could make it. Again, my request was simple just that 1 night I could save us from a night of disaster as we over the years have always received bad service not only at restaurants but just life itself. So, I prayed, and let God take control of this night. I surprised hubby and said I have booked something with little to no information besides dress smart and it’s at 6.30pm. I called in on Wednesday to confirm if my online booking indeed did go through regardless of confirmation email and sms, just because of previous letdowns I needed to make sure this is set for us. Our day was okay, did some work and then it was time to celebrate US. We arrived a little early at HUSSAR GRILL, we were Welcomed with a Beautiful Lady who checked our reservation and handed us over to the 'Father' but before taking us to our seats we received a beautiful compliment of how well we looked dressed up. I made sure to take advantage of the evening as we have not had a date night in years. We were taken to our table no.20 to find a surprise welcome Happy Anniversary Board and with a Card with Our names and Anniversary Date on, this is a very first we have ever received something like this, and this alone set our evening off so beautiful as this gesture meant so much to us. We were shortly surprised with a glass of Champers and was well wished on our Anniversary by a few staff members, they made us feel so welcome and made us smile with joy and pride that we were celebrated by a place on our very first visit. Our Starters, and food was nothing but amazing... we are foodies ourselves and the food was nothing short of excellence, something that very few places hold today. As we sat still talking about our life together and just to sit and celebrate us as a couple who has literally hit rock bottom and gone through so much sad times in our lives, we had 1 night that was going perfect that it felt unreal and was so grateful already. We were approached by a lady called Roxanne and our beautiful waiter Zanele, Roxanne started to speak and wish us on our anniversary and shortly started to speak of my request on the online booking. I was dumbfounded and lost for words as she started to speak and express things of her personal experience too, she made us feel 'Seen' and not forgotten in this world. Shortly after her leaving they came back with A special Anniversary plate with some divine baked cheesecake and a Bell for me to ring as she again read my message of me recently ringing my bell after 2 years of treatment and honoured our Anniversary with a Bottle Of wine with handwritten details in memory of our day. Sitting in a restaurant myself and my husband was in tears as we have never been on the receiving end of good things happening to us the way they did. We left crying as in all of our 20 Years being together and travelling to many towns and places eaten and at many restaurants not once ever did, we receive the AMAZING SERVICE we did by Hussar Grill at Century City. To the Management of that Establishment, may your business flourish and prosper, may your turnover multiply upon multiply. We have taken 3 Business Contracts during your black Friday specials that was offered. Everything went well and was approved on the 21st November, to date the contracts has not been sent off. I have been back and forth to followup as the gentleman Reece has been awol now this past week. I have been calling in and sending in emails to follow up and getting no response or feedback to what is happening besides been told the contracts has been approved and just awaiting a order number to release the phones. To date as today 01.12.23 I was at the canal walk branch for assistance as I am getting no help through any of the online call agents. The gentleman explained there looks like a profile open but they cannot view what it is and did explain that if by the 6th of Dec this will fall away. I am very concerned regarding this matter as not evens a manager is following up with and outcome. I want my contracts to be sent off please, it's been nearly 2 weeks and nothing? Leading clients on with specials and then not fulfilling the agreement. I could have gone with another network provider if I knew this is the service we would receive. We are an Active Account Users, We always seem to have issues with the Payroll Payments. This year has been by far the worst, I was contact by an agent to notify us of the up coming annual expiry and was sent a Proforma as per norm. We made payment early October for our Annual Service. To date my Payment has never been allocated, I have received numerous of mails and calls regarding this. I have spoken to numerous of staff whom personally I feel are incompetent to do a simple allocation of our Payment,or use there own initiative to make a invoice for the annual and allocate the payment to that invoice. I have sent in numerous of emails asking for help regarding this matter. Now I received a statement Sunday showing my credit and now I have been billed monthly. How can not one human being able to assist with this matter or feel to do their work. I feel this matter is getting ridiculously out of hand. I have sent a mail on Sunday, and to date now I have not had one response back to this matter this is how staff is trained to deal with clients what an appalling service this has become. Is there anyone who is capable of assisting with this matter please. As it's been now 2 months and nothing has been done.
Incompetent Staff from the Reception to the consultants. You guys have no work ethic or morals as you are staff working for a company. I have been harassed now non stop, I have called in and the Receptionist thinks it's a joke.
I keep receiving these calls for a lady unknown to me. I have spoken to each consultant every time explaining the very same thing. I don't understand this company, not sure who trained them or how there policy works. If someone says they are not that person nearly over 50 times. And not once do they remove my number as requested on each call. Please get my number removed off your systems please. It seems this company and its staff is very incompetent to do their work. You guys have been harassing me each day with these calls.
RCS - What a bad and unprofessional Company this is. We have made 2 very last Payments on the 4 May upon receiving our settlement letter. We were asked to call in 2 days later to confirm payments was refused which the lady confirmed it has and she had put a block on the account so no unnecessary charges can be added knowing we asked for the account to be closed up and finished. The 12th May we received a RCS letter confirming out Account is Cleared and no money owing and the account is closed... All this being said and done, this is on a mail and letter of attachment we received and knew its been closed up and sorted, only to receive end of the day on the same day 12th May a Statement saying we owing a R54 on our account. How the Hell is this possible??? We call in for assistance and the lady had sent a mail through to who knows who as I did mention that this is illegal and unlawful and this can cause serious trouble as we Have Paid Up Full and a little more than the Settlement Amount, we have received the Letter of the Account Closure and Our Account has no monies outstanding. Now you want to keep charging me fees? Even though my account has been blocked. Please get someone with some sort of knowledge of dealing with this matter to be resolved Immediately as this is very unacceptable in every way possible.
Okay, I hope someone will actually see this. Firstly, I come from a Call Centre Background. I would like to know how do you allow pestering and continuous annoying calls to my phone for someone who this number does not belong to. I have asked each and every person on the other end of the call in a nice manner to kindly remove me off your systems!!! But somehow it's clear your call Centre thinks it's okay not to remove me as requested. How would you like me to deal with you guys. Would you care for me to come into your call Centre and request what I have been doing when answering your calls while I'm in Hospital or In Church or while I'm busy with Clients..... Please kindly let me know, as I'm more than welcome to come and remove my details off your systems if your staff is incompetent to do so and including some how your Q&A never seems to hear the calls or your Team Leaders is never available. I will come to your Business Next Week to speak in person as it's gone to far and your business has no customer care or etiket to deal with customers who actuly has nothing to do with TFG nothing besides someone using my mobile number. So please respond or I will be at the offices Next week.
