Your call center contacts to sell contracts, and then gives false info, and no one even remotely tries to resolve the issues! I am seriously disappointed, after over 15 years with you guys!
Fiber off in the area, and repairs get done 1 by 1 as people complain, each about two weeks apart!!! This is pathetic, and there is ZERO response from them!
Slow to answer calls, and internet has been very slow for a few months now! Definately not worth theor expense!

First day with a router and sim from Supersonic, and their staff cannot even activate the account, and is never available to assist. Fantastic staff on sales side, and there is where it ends it seems. Come on Supersonic, prove me wrong! I wonder if Kelvin get's to see these reports! CEO's should know!
<p>Cell C sold me a contract, inlcuding certain airtime, data, and Wi-Fi calling, and then sent me a handset that is not compatible with the service sold. Upon enquiring, and very helpfull staff trying to figure out what is to be done, they came back with - Sorry, nothing we can do. We didn't know the handset cannot perform the fucntions. How do you sell a service, and then provide a handset that cannot comply with it. </p>
