Too bad I can't give zero stars. Absolutely terrible service. I called 3 days in a row only to be told the exact same thing every time. Never again.
I'd give zero stars if I could. I ordered from them about 4 times from them a few years ago. Quality was good, and payment terms were great. But since then, they phone me constantly. At least 3 times a week, sometimes twice a day. I have sent emails, what's apps, fb messages, and they still refuse to remove my number. Last week they said they did remove it. This week they are back to calling me again. And just because this is so invasive and aggressive and so incredibly annoying, I WILL NEVER buy from them again
I ordered a pair of boots on a flash sale. Price was really good. Delivery was in 3 days and courier was so friendly and fast!
Our employees used to belong to Sanlam futura pension fund. Because of their absolutely useless pathetic service, we removed all of our employees. I app**** for the death benefit for one of our people who passed away in October 2021. They finalised that today. Today is 31 July 2023. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

I sent Blasters a mail as I wanted to buy a family of 5 a voucher as a christmas gift. For food and drinks and time in the play area for the 3 kids. I received a reply asking for more details and my phone number. I replied with the information, and 2 days later, still no answer. Yesterday I sent another mail enquiring about the voucher, and today still no reply. If I have to struggle to get Blasters to take my money, then I'll just get a voucher for another place. Don't bother.
A few months ago I bought a safeway griller at clicks in Hartenbos. I used it twice and it worked perfectly. The past weekend I wanted to use it again and now I can't, because suddenly it keeps tripping the power. I understand that I cannot return it because I no longer have the slip. But I will deifinately be a lot more careful if I buy any appliances from clicks again. And I will certainly not buy any safeway products again
Absolutely pathetic. Useless. Incompetent. I sent them information regarding a workers payout a year ago. 13 may to be exact. They answered me today. 31 May 2022. More than a year later they suddenly want more forms. I fail to understand how any company this useless can continue to exist.
But with dotsure, make sure you read the contract extremely carefully. I reported a problem 2 days ago already and they still haven't bothered fixing it for me. My contract says Total premium, but the debit order is R140 more than that. Now they say it's because of the smart box. But on the contract it literally says "The fitment and monthly subscription cost of your vehicle management system is included in your TOTAL PREMIUM".
