On Monday bought my self underwear size Large and it was pair of 3 same as last month or month before every time there will be a medium or small and those things you can’t return them back which is ****ing me off and when you raise it by the shop there will apologise yes I understand it’s not they’re fault what must happen with the smaller size I must give it’ to someone again it’s not fair for us pls guys’ you need to do something I am an account holder……
I am very disappointed by the service that we received it means when we buy anything @the store and what ever that the say it's a **** because we bought stove and oven and they said it's a 3year repair guarantee now the plates and not working 100 percent we where told only over it's 3 years and that time most of my staff I bought from them if this is the treatment I am getting then it's the end and I am going to let people know about fair price how they operate my mon was passed off because I am there one who said the fair it's the way I really regret....
On the 25th July 2023 discovery insurance debited on my account which I've canceled the insurance b4 it even started and also in the month off August they did the same what I did went to app and reverse the August money now insurance don't want to pay me back my money.... Also my credit score has dropped all that I want it's certificate of cancelation....Can someone attend my issue coz I need to buy a car,with the credit score that discovery put me into can't
I've canceled my insurance before it even started due to some reason and it was not even started but they debited money from my account twice now I am fighting for my money back that was debited in July course the August one I've sorted it out using the app but couldn't reaves the other since I've reaves my money back all of a side my credit score has dropped...All I want it's my money back which is R1663,22.. and the cancelation certificate being calling and being transferred to department by department....I fill like Discovery it's not respecting me.
Poor service....being calling mtn about one thing time and again and still there is no help I've reported a fraud case every time I need to call mtn call center get a reference number means nothing this is my last time writing or complaining I am not going to pay for something I didn't buy now I am counting months I am not going to pay for that S21 also I am not going to upgrade for my kids also we leaving mtn this... Fraud was done @clear water mtn......
I've open a fraud case 3month ago still nothing now I must pay money that I don't how can someone do n upgrade using my details @the store according to my understanding security check was not done every month I am owing different amount this is the last time I am take phone @mtn....My contact 0783733918
Someone went to mtn store in Clearwater mall and do upgrade using my details I am not sure weather there person did produce identification or what and they allow that person coz when I do upgrade I use my thumb print and security questions that they do ask to access,so how did that person use to qualify for upgrade.I did my upgrade last year @Clearwater mall and 2nd upgrade was done @Clearwater mall again on the 9 April 2021 according to customer care I would love mtn to investigate the matter....I being using mtn network many year...I've send my affidavit to Olwethu ketelo today he was very nice and he is a good listener
I was in a car accident last year December 2020 my car was taken to panel beaters, last week Friday went back to panel beater coz few things where not right I started asking questions about the parts specially the boot coz it was damage the guy said he got a 2nd hand boot it means my car was fixed with 2nd hand parts that time I am paying every month I am not happy @all there service that I am getting from momentum even now my car its not in good condition took the car to super quick the axhaust its touching the body wheel alignment was done but still the car its doing the same @least now I know how momentum operates
Most of the time when I am going to pay for my phone there system it's done there next thing my outgoing calls will be block I am very disappointed and it's being years being using mtn don't think there's other network for me 3 river..... , and the last time i went to mtn vereeniging got a bad service from the security guy coz the door was close and there time was 4 o'clock wanted to get a phone for my daughter for Christmas as a present and pay my mtn bill and the shop was close, what I know that the shop close @5 or 6 when I ask he told me to go it's close no explanation just like that my heart was sore as I was driving with my daughter and I didn't not get his name as I was standing outside some guy who was passing told me that also his was chased he was told that there was an attempt robbery okay I hear but he could have explain that I would have understood.....@the end bought a phone from other network....... How could you place and advert and you never had that stock @all platinum microwave 20 litre R699. I saw the the Carter log @work and I drove straight to chechers in 3 river and I did ask one of the staff member and he said he's going to check for me when he comeback he said that's an old stock they don't have and I said to him let's get caterlogo and see and he sad yes it's I see but we don't have it @all I ask him to find out from other brach he came back and said there's nothing old stock. I've waisted my time my petrol and I took half day which is short time I am very disappointed..... I am one of the guys who buy groceries @checkers and liquor I will be happy to get feedback ********** 918
