Great service and excellent workmanship. The team at Safana have done a great job repairing my car which was damaged in an accident. Customer service is faultless. I highly recommend them. Five stars all around!
Terrible, terrible service. A parcel sent on the 12th of July from Cape Town has still not been delivered.
If you're thinking of ordering products from Woolworths online, don't waste your money or time. Woolworths online delivery is appalling. Products ordered on the 26/11 have still not been delivered. The call centre has no answers and promised delivery times have come and gone with the products yet to be delivered almost 3 weeks later. I will never order online from Woolworths again.
Absolutely terrible service from DEFY. My gas stove/oven is not working properly and I called the DEFY Service Centre to book a service on the 27 July. The parts were ordered and months later I have just called DEFY to find out that they have cancelled the job. Having paid the R630 call-out fee to find out that DEFY has now cancelled the repair all these months later is exasperating.
Five star review for Kruger Park Lodge. We had a wonderful stay in such a beautiful place. Special mention for the Manager who was very helpful and accommodating. We'll be back!
We booked a chalet at Kruger Park Lodge through booking.com. When we arrived we were horrified to see a building site 10 m away as renovations to a block of units were underway right next door. We sent messages to booking.com to let them know, there is no number to contact them. After a very noisy first day we paid a supplement and Kruger Park Lodge were very helpful and moved us to a lovely, quiet chalet overlooking the water. Booking.com were of zero assistance.
Our Telkom line has been out of service since the begining of January. The fault has been logged numerous times, 06/01, line was fixed for a few days, 15/01 fault logged with ref: ********** 4, line not fixed, 28/01, fault logged again, ref: ********** 1 - the line is dead and has not been fixed. For the past 3 weeks I have tried repeatedly to reach a human and not a recording on the telkom number 10210, but this is impossible - 10 minutes and longer on hold and no-one ever answers the calls. Shocking service, Telkom is an extremely poor service provider. I would like to provide a 00000 star rating.
Globeflight must be commended on their friendly, efficient service and going the extra mile for customers! Porchia has gone out of her way to help and find the best solution to courrier a parcel to Cape Town. Pearl has also been of considerable help. What a fantastic team, thank you Globeflight.
Absolutley shocking service from VFS Brooklyn branch. 3 hour wait for collection yesterday 16/07/18, with only one person working at the collection desk. Security staff try and intimidate the public and requests to speak to a Manager were unsuccessful. Also why does VFS have a Premium Lounge???? If you pay extra you get better service? The scam that is VFS is outrageous - exhorbitant fees paid for third rate service which should be offered by the Department of Home Affairs and not a private company.
