Had an appointment at Busamed. Let me tell you dont bother booking an appointment to help you with time management, they dont stick to timeframes. Booking was for 9:00, started sonar at 9:40. WORST experience ever. They over book or let people in before you. Will not return to Busamd Winelands Radiology. Nevee had this experience at Vergelegen.
I did my homework before choosing this company and I have been let down so badly. This was the worst experience I have had in my life. Starting off by sending an unsupervised trainee to come and help load the truck (not a good idea). I was told lies on a daily basis, for 3 working days in a row I was told the truck will arrive after 16:00, then it arrives at 7:00 on the 4th day. Paid for a dedicated load and my goods arrived on an open trailer (and partly in a truck as there were other goods on the truck. Imaging your tv arriving wrapped in a wet blanket, it really happened (took pictures like LIZ the manager said I should). Make sure you take videos and/or photos while they working as that becomes a requirement from the company as evidence if you are thinking of complaining. Missing goods and boxes. Damage to my furniture that you cannot comprehend even though they supply "blankets" to protect the goods. Took out additional insurance with them, they tried calling me once, I phoned back and have sent a couple of emails but there has been no attempt to try and reach me to put in a claim or give me my goods back (if they can find it). Sent emails without a response. The manager shouted at me and slammed the phone down in my ear when I complained about the delays. No communication whatsoever from the company to keep you updated, my advice rather stay away.
I cannot believe how incompetent this company is. We sold a property in a complex that they are managing and two years later since we sold it they are sending lawyers letters and random statement and letter. I have written to them multiple times and advised them we are no longer the owners but that just falls on deaf ears. Have reported them to the Ombudsman too
Logged a complaint to OSTI in April to be told in May they don't cover this complaint and they will forward the complaint to the Motor Industry Ombudsman (MIO), approached them in July to find out they never received anything from OSTI. Completed Motor Industry Ombudsman (MIO) froms to be told in August to contact OSTI. Going in circles here...... Where does a consumer go to get justice? V210/17GP
