agoda refuse refund
very poor service i had a confirm cancellation from hotel refuse to refund, after numerous emails still at where i started, never book with them, this was during the time airspace closed over dubai,

withdrawal problem.
i submitted al documents as requested got the withdrawal amount adjusted, when trying to withdraw saying contact support, did that gave what else required still no joy. trading is smooth when u require your money then the hassle,

I purchased a toy car on 21/12/2020 never used it, not working refused to exchange on 10/01/2021. They say not under guarantee. Item was R320. Very disappointed.

Deception
Recent visit to store, items marked down different price at till. When queried the staff says sale start next day. Ask why on shelf says getting ready for sale. No notice in store,deceiving customer. Poor service

Poor welcome
<p>My recent visit to fnb stanger I told the lady at front I came to order a card. Rudely she said computer offline and that fnb does not send reminder by SMS to inform client. </p>
