Fnb businesa STILL hasn't called. Tried from Tues to get a business account open. Keep calling the call centre ans zero help. I need this done immediately. Useless assistance
Nedbank awful service and security. Profile hacked twice. 13 weeks later no one has contacted and givrn feedback. Altho most ppl give the run around but are decent call centre agents. Today chatted to Gustaf Stephan who thinks he is CEO of Nedbank. Apparently all his colleagues are ****s and he is the ONLY one who is telling me tbe truth and he would be so grateful and happy if he had an agent like himself assisting. Refused to transfer to a manager and hung up! Spoke to his line manager who sed she would investigate. Was promised the complaints manager Shalona? Would contact me today with feedback. Yesterday i was promised the io Dilshaad would contact yest. Til now nothing!!!!!!
Woolworths new app declined my application. Now the consultant is apologizing bec no reasons are given and they cant think why the app was declined. And apparently i must wait 6months more. Unacceptable. Why have the functionality. Someone neexs to contact me asap

Checkers for which im usually a huge advocate for has disappointed once again. The purpose of the online store and paying for the extra savings account every month is to avoid the store. The store is running a promo for minis. Now the agent tells me the only solution is that my mum of 75 must go into the store with the her fone and invoxie and get a credit or replacement mini. Then the agent just repeats and repeats when asked what's an actual solution or who to report this to bec it's not a solution that works. Just telkom workers repeating their script. And what a difference from other agents that I've dealt with that have always found solutions for me when Checkers has messed up
Woolworths processes for accounts is pathetic and not environmentally friendly. When I got thru to the call centre some imbecile assisted me and then refused to put me through to a manager. I want a manager to contact me asap
Why are Telkom workers still so useless? And untrained. Then, they come on the line with attitude AND lie to customers that what we know and have done in the past can't be done. They are lazy as ever. Sandile phuti as supervisor who doesn't know his job. Solophile sibola working under someone who doesn't know his job. And the arguing when they in fact don't have a clue what capabilities are on offer to customers.
