I made a claim for a geyser burst, when the contractor came through, there was a portion of the water damage that was not repaired. I called a three times to follow up with that, they just tell me that they will get back to me and never do. It’s been over a month of waiting for their call and still nothing, they have since closed the claim without addressing that issue.
Good service overall. I am a satisfied customer.
I initially bought travel bundles for R99 for 1GB which worked well the first time around. I then ran out and this time around I bought data travel bundles for R199 for 1GB data bundle + 100 min and smses. This was because I want to make calls and send sms even though I was abroad. To my surprise, only the data bundles worked...and I could not make any calls or send any smses. This R199 package worked the same wah as the R99 package, which meant I lost R100 for a service that did not work. I want my refund for the 100 minutes and the smses because that services made me pay an additional R100 which still did not function. Please explain why I paid the extra R100?

Worst experience....I booked a voucher through hyperli. When I get to the appointment, I am told I need two towels to get the manicure and pedicure. No where in the voucher do they request this!! I then tell the receptionist that I can quickly go and fetch my towels at home since I stay close...and then she recommends that I reschedule or buy their own towels at a ridiculous fee. As the rescheduling was an option, I agree to reschedule for the next day. Then after leaving the spa, I received an sms saying I will have to pay R250 for cancellation. First of all, this is miscommunication on their side...and I am paying for a recommendation to solve their miscommunication. If I was not misled, I could have gone home and fetched the towel and be back in a few minutes as I stay close but clearly they see a need to rob paying customers to get them to pay more. I have since request a refund from Hyperli following such treatment and will DEFINITELY not recommend their services.
I was charged for an order I never received. How does this happen, I want my refund. The help function doesn't even work as I sent numerous messages but still did not get assisted. There is no number to call for help and now I can't even speak to someone to assist me with my issue. Please assist with the refund.
Please take care of your customers. I got a completely burnt meal, that I couldn't even eat (I have photos if required). And have been trying to communicate with Nando's about that, I get a promise to be called back and that never happens. It's a little unfair for Nando's staff to package burnt chicken that was clearly black and visibly burnt and after that ignore such complaints. I am not being unreasonable; I have always been a Nando's customer and such treatment is the first in many years. I am very heartbroken and disappointed especially given the fact that I have been reaching out to Nandos numerous times. I believe this is the 4th complaint on the same thing and Nandos is still ignoring. I personally am prepared to go on social media with evidence (pictures) and screenshots.
All 10 wings were burnt, they even look pitch black (I even took photos) but the Nando's staff continued to package this, such disrespect. I tried one of the wings and I could taste the burns more than the flavour. I have reported this and it seems that Nandos doesn't care much about customer service...which is a pity because it used to be my most preferred takeaway joint for my quick meals.
I went to Nando's and ordered 10 wings and one side. All the wings came burnt, they were all black and I could even taste the burns. I could bearly finish two wings. Why continue serving such when you can clearly see that the meat is burnt. I am so disappointed and I am still hungry since I could bearly eat the horrible food.
