i bought a lingerie set last week which has not been taken out of the packet. i went in today coz it serves no purpose. not going to use it. wanted a refund. store refused. i work in retail i know cpa. very unhappy.due to the fact that it hasnt been worn.
being called by an fnb representative giving me the option of upgrading my account from cheque to premier, was dumb.if i say so myself. the polite young lady told me about the benefits.then i asked how much will the subs be monthly she sed 180. was told i will only be charged in September. the very next day 5th august there was an amount of 275 debited from fnb reason beyond any ones understanding. when i called fnb enquiries they had no idea.a query was logged, the consultant didnt even know that premier banking clients can call 24/7 she says i must call back. gosh i am really dissapointed.banking with fnb for so many years and i have this silly encounter. its been 5 days i have not recieved any calls feedback nothing. i calledfnb myself was told i will get a call back.. annoyed.still waiting.
i bought a double pack nuk bottles for my 10 month old. the bottles which range from 6-18 months. i noticed my baby not taking to it. then i tried again, as i watched him drinking. he got frustrated and i noticed the milk was not decreasing on the bottle. then i realised the teat is too small. so i went to the store that i bought it. and now they say they cant exchange it. wow amazing. i am so frustrated at the fact that a product was bought now that it doesnt work.the nuk company cannot assist.very irate.
<p>i went to spur in galleria this morning.. as i have been before to the restaurant. i went with my 2 friends . we waited outside from 07:30 knowing they open at 8. a waiter went pass us 07:55. with her earphones on. opened the door. went inside. we went inside to ask when they will.open she says 9. i disagreed because i know of experience i went there more than once they opened at 8. she said no the times changed 2 weeks ago. i asked ger why it hadn't been updated anywhere if the time change. my frustration as well is. why didnt she stop on her way to her store and tell us. its only common courtesy. i am really dissapointed in such a huge company cannot put a small sign stating time change </p>
<p>I bought a something meaty large sub from debonairs in galleria. And 4 pop itz ham and spring cheese onion. What I received was beyond terrible.. it was a flat sub, hardly any filling the crust was dry. That's why I they used butter.! I'm beyond annoyed. I literally could taste the butter in the sub. It was terrible and oily. To top it off on the pop itz there was a small piece of ham on the top. That's it. When I went to fetch my meal I still had to wait a while before I got it. It was as if u wasn't even standing there. I am really not happy at all with debonairs galleria. And will not go there again. </p> <p> </p>
<p>I received very terrible service from fnb in galleria mall. The agent that assisted me but didn't really assist me was unhelpful with information. I did a transfer via cellphone Banking on the 25th of Feb 2017 yet till date the money has not reflected in the recipient's account. The only help the agent gave me was to come back tomorrow morning and they will do a recall on my account. Did not give me any other option. As a client of fnb for so long I am really dissapointed with lack of customer care. </p>
<p>I was referred to by a friend to use avent. She spoke so proudly of the product. That I went right ahead and purchased it when I had my baby boy. I bought the 0_3 months first it was leaking.. never less I thought it was just a defective good. It's now been 5 months down the line.. and I sit with the same problem. I did go and return the recent 2 bottles for anot her two brand new from the shelf. And I sit with the same problem. It started leaking on my 5month old as I fed him at 3am.. I am completely and utterly dissapointed. And will never use this product again. </p>
