The Staff Makes The Place
The staff is an absolute pleasure! The team always makes sure the restaurant is clean even when the place is overflowing. I would recommend they think of restricting numbers in the play area because it does get very hectic. #BlackFriday

Stand your ground for service 🤣😂😂
The first issue I had with the place is I had made a reservation but that didn't matter as it was not noted. I had to be be passive aggressive to get a table and service because I was just not being attended to. When we were finally seated, I took my daughter to the play area (you pay for access and they only take cash). The actual restaurant is beautiful and the food is reasonably priced (I stuck to basics with my order) I would recommend the place for a family lunch (nothing too special) There's a dog park right next to the restaurant and it's beautiful.

Beautiful Sunset and an Awesome Guide
I took my 5yrs old for the sunset drive on Saturday the 18th Jan. 2025 and it was nothing short of magical! Our guide was Nolu (Noluthando) and she was very nice considering were the last tour for the day. The lady even offered to take pictures of us and I got to stan on my insta! We also got to view a surprise feeding! For the sunset drive I suggest you bring your own snack for the tour (restaurants are closed), drinks should be in closed container because ride is very bumpy. Also bring a trash bag to take your ******* with. Well done Nolu!

Under Promise & Over Deliver
Providing your children with the best experience is a priority. I ordered a Ghost Spider costume from Geewiz, it had to be shipped from their overseas warehouse and that would take 21 days. The ANXIETY was unbearable! I called in and the lady on the line (sorry I forgot your name) was a pleasure to talk to. Geewiz delivered in 15days. The costume is a perfect fit. I've washed it twice and it hasn't lost its original state. My 4yrs would live in that costume if I allowed it. Thank you very!
