On 28 February 2026 I ordered a 80mm Electric Gate Wheels set on the Takealot App for R250 with R35 delivery fee with confirmation email that my order will be available for collection on 16 March 2026. On 3 March, I received an email notifying me my order was cancelled with the following excuse: "Regrettably, an inadvertent error caused in the following item(s) you intended to purchase to be shown as available for sale at an incorrect price. Upon becoming aware of this error, we immediately rectified and updated the item listing with the correct pricing on our site. We've therefore unfortunately had to cancel the item(s) from your order." This is unacceptable as this was advertised on the App with the given price, payment was made immediately and the confirmation email was received directly after payment. I demand Takealot to send me my order as was advertised and paid for on the App. PLEASE CONTACT ME URGENTLY @072 169 8795
We bought the Festive Flex Box special at Pizza Hut Potchefstroom on 24 December 2025 and both my huband and I got sick with food poisoning believing to be the mushrooms on the pizza. We had to seek medical care for the following days. This is very bad quality service received from Pizza Hut Potchefstroom.

My son bought a pair of Dromex working shoes from a distributor, X-Treme Supplies in Potchefstroom en of September 2024. He only wore them twice and then noticed the soles were tearing and brittle. He returned them to the distributor and asked for a replacement, but the rude owner, Johan, was very rude and screamed at me on the phone that he will not send them to Dromex and will not replace them as they were marked down items. This is absolute pathetic service. We love Dromex products, especially the shoes and jackets and buy them very often, but with this type of service and quality we will be forced to buy another brand NOT supp**** by this Distributor.

I have send more than 6 emails regarding a moldy and rotten/bad product bought at PnP Viljoenskroon when passing threw the town back home, but up to date received no feedback or refund. I bought a Bestway Steel Pro Max (3.66m) pool at Game Potchefstroom on 1 December 2023, but after only 4 months this product shows significant damage to the PVC/Polyester material which have turned browned all around and the ENTIRE frame and ALL legs are NOT as"rust resistant" as indicated. Corrosion still keeps getting worse daily even if we keep it clean inside and outside. We decided to drain the pool and retuen to Game as advised by Bestway on 17 May 2024 and asked for a refund from Game. Game refused to give a refund and said the product must be send back to Bestway and wait for feedback. It's been 21 days with NO FEEDBACK from Game or ANY RESPONSE to my 3x emails send since returning the item. Up to We are STILL AWAITING our refund. Can anyone please contact me URGENTLY regarding this matter. Please find attached Tax Slip for your reference as well as photos from the damage on the pool itself.
FANTASTIC Service from Petro Oosthuizen at Metaplast Chemicals Pty Ltd. Bought their products from Builders in Potchefstroom, was damaged, but Metaplast replaced it without any hassles or problems. THANK YOU FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE IN SATISFYING YOUR CUSTOMERS, METAPLAST!!
