Debt Busters is a joke, not professional at all.
Last month I did a quotation and I was told that that debt review will be 36, after 36 months all my debts will be paid. Ye two days ago I sent a document containing the parties that my debt has to be paid to. I saw the duration of some debts to be above 57 months, only a few were under 36 months. I have sent emails asking for clarification on this but instead I am being ignored. I never agreed to 36 months, when i want clarity no one responds. This is a joke!

Negative balance due to toll gates, madness!!!
This is now honestly madness. Last week Sunday i passed 5 toll gates which were less than R100 in total, i had funds in my account when i passed them. Today i have -R350 and its due to them, i do not understand why the money was taken sometime this week, this now has made my account to be -R350!! If this is not reversed i will have to leave FNB, it is not the first time happening. I can't even send money to this account cause of it being on a negative. Honestly crazy and i am fed up.

Tried to trick me into Debt Review!! Watch out for them!
Yesterday I was called by Debt Solutions Co, the gentleman I spoke to said I’m selected in reducing my monthly instalments. They tell me all about my creditors and that the interest rate in South Africa has decreased meaning that my creditors having been charging me more in interest. They then say my creditors will send me a message stating how much my loans will decrease by etc. They then say they’ll send me an sms that will take me to this platform I should just follow the steps. She was soo adamant that I follow through with these steps from the sms and she will guide me, I’m still in disbelief! When I read the message it says Debt Review Application! I tell the lady now (the gentleman passed me to her) that I don’t want to go under Debt Review, she then asks if her colleague told me and I said no! Then she said goodbye. I believe some people are ******* into Debt Review without their knowledge! Disgusting what this company tried to do!

Who is Y2kconnect netcash?
How is it possible that a company i have never heard of was able to make deductions on my bank account without my approval? I have never heard of Y2kconnect netcash. Now i will be charged for reversing a debit order which i never authorized. Now who is making money from these? FNB

Omar’s Motor Den advertising car without vat and selling with VAT.
I deleted my previous review as I want to write a new one in full. In July 2022 I saw a 2015 Polo GTI advertised by Omar’s Motor Den for R279 900. I immediately enquired about the vehicle and offered a my 2013 fiesta st for trade in which was accepted. Now I took the car using my mothers credit. I asked an employee at Omar’s Motor Den about the costs and he said it’s R279 900. Car was delivered to Mthatha and I had informed my mother the price of the car. When I requested the documents of the vehicle from Marquis Finance I then saw the car was sold as R339k which is around R59k more than the original quote! Now these guys took advantage of my mother cause I showed her this she was very upset as I assured her the car is R279 900 as I knew she won’t read the contract. Now to my fiesta, they took it and drove it more than 500km and came to me and said my engine is overheating 😳 how?? The engined seized! The car never gave me problems but somehow it overheated. They now refused to take the fiesta even though a trade in was agreed. We fought with YUSUF. The person who was driving the fiesta an employee of Omar’s said the he spoke to YUSUF and YUSUF said that he will offer us R50k to so that I take the car. YUSUF had called me as I wrote on Hellopeter complaining about this that they drove my car +500km and damaged it. I then called my mother to let her of know that they want to return the fiesta and we eventually agreed as the plan was always to sell the car. YUSUF transferred R53 996 onto my bank account to fix the fiesta and R3 996 to buy tyres for the Polo as the car had bad tyres on it. Now it is against the tax law to advertise a car without vat. YUSUF called me today 17 December stating that the R50k he paid was the difference between the R279k and R339k which is utter bull****! That money was to fix the fiesta they DAMAGED! Which we took back. We didn’t see the contract until this year that we were over charged for this vehicle! I have screenshots of the polo in their floor advertised at cars.Co.za…I have a screenshot of myself asking one of their employees how much the car is and he responded by R279 900, I have a WhatsApp chat where the guy who drove the car said he’s boss will give me R50k to fix the fiesta…he even asked what my mother said about the R50k. I will surely escalate this and share on all social media platforms with all the proof including the screenshots! I know very well I am not lying here and stating facts! In 2023 my car was involved in a car accident, where the bumper was damaged. The front lights turned out to be counterfeit as it’s easy to spot even when the car is on their floor you can see the difference in original lights and counterfeit.

I can not print three months bank statement yet others can
i am very much disappointed by FNB and its ability to not solve a basic problem. Last week i went to print my bank statement on the FNB Atm in Pinetown and i could only get two months, i then went inside the branch and informed them of this and a transaction history was printed which Absa declined as i am seeking a loan. I have been to the branch three times no help, called in today and specifically asked for September in full and was emailed till the 14th of September. I have printed a three months bank statement many times before but somehow i can't get a three month bank statement. Others on the line where able to print three months and i was not able to print it. How is this possible? I have wasted my time and fuel for what i thought would be an easy task but here i am writing a review on Hellopeter due to this disappointment.

Debt Bustsers SA full of nonsense, messing up many things
I am not sure on how they got my number but was called on the 28th of November 2024. I was looking for loan online and not even once did i suggest that i want to be under debt review. I spoke to the gentlemen by the name of Khaya and i told him time and time again that i am not interested in debt review. Today i went to Nedbank to get a loan and was told that my profile is listed under me asking for debt review! How is that possible?? Now i can't get my loan until i clear this **** up. Do not take calls from debt review companies, i was under the assumption that its sanlans loan

Car sold with **** parts.
It be two years but very disappointed to find out that vehicle has counterfeit lights. In July 2020 I had bought a car from Omars Motor Den, a 2015 Polo GTI 1.8. My vehicle was involved in a car accident where I hit a dog. When repairing the vehicle I then found out that the car has non original front lights from VW. How could this go past their quality checks? Mind you I paid R338k for this car which is a lot of money. When you buy a car from a dealership you expect them to do all the checks and insure the customer gets a car that’s up to standard. Very disappointed at this as this dealership has really clean and beautiful cars, but mine which I paid a premium amount for has counterfeit lights.

Aviator Betway seems Stage Time Out
Saturday afternoon I had decided to play Aviatior, I picked up a trend that made me lose soo much money, around R5 500. When ever i input a big amount the game would state “Stage time out” and then will fly to more than 3x, sometimes even 50x. This stage time out will happen often when I place a bet on aviator. Then when the aviator plane won’t fly to higher multipliers it would let me place a bet. How is that possible when I place a bet and the multiplier is high yet it states “Stage Time Out” It’s not only for one round where this happens it’s plenty of times. Something is telling me that some players will get this “stage time out” as aviator doesn’t want us winning anymore. So many times on Saturday it said stage time out and I happen to lose money. I picked up this issue in July and September of 2023 where I lost so much money. Again it happened in July 2024. If the Stage Time Out wasn’t there I would’ve won a lots of money as I hardly cashout above 5x. Doesn’t make sense that when the multiplier will be high I get Stage Time Out and when the multiplier is less than 1.2x it accepts my bet and making me lose money, Sometimes I’d bet when the next round hasn’t even started and yet I get “Stage Time Out”

Cancelled debit orders going through.
Good day Every month I have this challenge with FNB…debit orders which I have cancelled and also cancelled with the service provider still goes off. For instance planet fitness closed down and I’ve cancelled all debit order but they still do. Now I’m being charged for debit orders that I long disputed with Fnb and unpaid purchases yet I had the money when I was making payments. Is it possible to reverse these failed debit orders and transactions I find this to be unfair.
