Wat gaste kom toespreek. As jou begroting dan so klein is dan maak jy n ander plan. Dit wil blyk of die dames wat dit gereël het. Wat snaaks is n maand terug het ons persoonlik die Koöp besoek om items daar te koop, en wow toe was die.sogenaamde dames besig met die voorbereidings waar hul gevra is wanneer dit gaan wees, Waar daar net vir die kliënt gelag is en die datum toe blykbaar nog nie bekend was nie. Dit is duidelik dat dit slegs vir n witgroep vrouens gereel was. Wow na 30 jaar en jul het nog nie julle siening oor sekere politieke brandpunte in Ventersdorp probeer verander van jul kan af nie. Blyk te wees dat brûe bou oor die hele gemeenskap heen nie lregtig by Jul aanwesig is nie. Wat n skande....Hoekom was daar geen uitnodiging na die publiek op hul besigheids venster sigbaar om die dag bekend te maak nie. Wil ook net noem dat die besigheid nie betrokke is in die gemeenskap nie, so hoekom moet hierdie besigheid hier wees? Dit is duidelik dat die besigheid net n vir n sekere groep is.
Service at your Polokwane branch is really not up to standard, lack of customer service. My fiance bought a laptop at this branch, not even the one he wanted. When he bought the laptop they didn't say that the USB ports is not part of the garantee. Today we came into the store one was busy helping a customer and the other lady was reading apamflets. So my fiance ask is there only one helping customers that's having a problem, so she said yes. The manager was busy at the back of the COUNTER, not taking notice of people coming in his store that have a problem. We got angry. Only then the manager as from our tone of voice asked what is the problem, after we were standing like 15 minutes. beSo the arrogant manager told me not to get angry when I told him there service is up to ****. So he told me that we not going to say that I front of another customer. So I told him there service is ****ty. When my fiance said to the tecnition that he is not going to pay it is still under guarantee. The manager said it worked when we bought it. Is there any prove of defaults that was on laptops before customer bought from your company. It were in a sealed box. They don't check them in front if everything is working before customer leave. To many people I read of that is not satisfied with incredible connections service. Especially in Polokwane. And the manager is very arrogant and have no customer relations. We want either a other laptop or it must be fixed. I have my laptop bought at Makro, and have the same problem, they fixed it emediatelly, no charge. With your company we must pay R120 for repairing a laptop USB that wasn't tested in your shop before sale.When my fiance got oversease the usb ports of the laptop didn't work. He arrived yesterday and we took it to this store. This will be the last time we do business with your company. Will tell my friends etc of bad service experienced in the Polokwane branch. I remember when my fiance that is from Cape Town bought the laptop at this branch the service was alsow not up to standard. It looked like they were tired that day. Not interested to speak to this stores arrogant manager. Think the store need a change. Think of reporting your shop to the consumer board.
Now I am doing my 4 th review for this company. I have put in a claim nr CL ********** on the 31 Januarie 2019. This claim is not been settled yet. I am getting more damage on my roof dew to lack of repair of above mentioned SA Homeloans insc company. Hallo Peter I need your assistance in this matter. It is taking this company more then a month with a claim they have all sorts of excuses. I am done the don't get in to contact with me, or get the claim sorted. I AM THE ONE PAYING. I think it is time to open a case at the police, and to refer this to the ombudsman. I AM ALLSOW GOING TO LET MY LAYWER START THE PROSEDURES AGAINST THIS COMPANY. I am really discusted in this wimpys food not nice prepared one oniom ring was on my stackburger, and the patty very overcooked. when it come to the payment of the bill when I wanted to insert my bankcard in the cardmachine ,the lady by the name of Maggie said to me i cant started the transaction, i just want to insert my bank card myself. she were not proffesional at all!!!!!!! My husband explained to het I am not going to start the transaction just insert my card, peviouscard were pusched in to hard and was damaged.she starded not speaking nice to me and she called the owner. she lied to the owner by saying I wanted to start a transaction. Which isnt true. This Wimpy need to leard customer service from Wmpy Kranskop. HOW TO PREPARE AND TREAT CUSTOMERS. I WILL NOT MAKE USE OF THEM ANY MORE .
not satisfied with the overall service of mentioned specsavers. Just after my first review the shop phoned to say that they only received one pair of glasses. it is my everyday ready and tested sunglasses that i must get. this is not satisfactory the excuse is that they have to many work due to the special. this is unexceptble. I didnt take a acount I have paid in full. R7500
Specsavers Mokopane \isreally not up to standard, got my eyes tested on 30 Januarie2019, when phoned this morning the specticls is not yet there. if the sis it would have taken them 3 weeks to deliver, would not tested my eyes there. or even pay R7500 PLUS for the test or glasses.
It is now more then a week that I reported hail damage to S. A Homeloans that my insurance and loan is with. No job is been done. No customer service try to phone claim consultant no reply.

Ai ek Wil julle eers Vertel! Was by n ouetehuis Lente basaar vandag,in Naboomspruit.Koek gekoop, wat ek glo die verpakking vir my wys n plaaslik bekende retail winkel het die koek geskenk. Toe ons dit vanmiddag wou eet, raai wat die 'iceing' smaak so galsterig kan nog uitbrei glo dis onnodig. Wil dit toe vir my honde gee om te eet, nie eers my honde wou dit eet nie. Het al persoonlink stelle met die retail afgetrap hulle verkoop ou kos. Het ook al persoonlik die eienaar in kennis gestel daarvan. Sy antwoord vreeslik jammer.Dit lyk vir my nie hy doen iets daarom trent nie. Die gewoonte wat hul het is, om die kos wat nie vandag verkoop nie te bly verkoop maw jy kan dit more weer koop. AL het dit verval. Is dit aanvaarbaar. Hulle gee die dorp n swak naam deur hul verkoop van ou goed. Skenk mens nie jou beste varste kos koek etc vir n basaar nie. Sies man. Die ergste jy betaal dubbed vir n 2lt oros by die winkel R45. En op n spesiale aanbieding soos hul verjaarsdag is dit R29. 99. Hoe is dit moontlik. Is daar nie wette wat mense teen sulke uitbuitery beskerm nie. Hoop die eienaar n bekende in die gebeid lees hierdie. Dink jy moet dalk jou kos wat n oor bly teen n af****prys aan mense uitverkoop op die selfde dag. Nie verkoop as of vars is nie!!!!
