No service delivery what so ever Ordered on 28th november, shows its been ready for pick up since 29 novemeber. Latest delivery was the 5th and nothing happens. Called the 6th and promised will be delivered by the 7th called the 8th and was told amanager will call me back same day and nothing. A good 6 mails and no responces. No communication or feedback NOTHING
The lack of service and turnaround time is astounding. C fibre has been charging me for over a year for a 100mb fibre line and never upgraded me. Still on 20mb Kept on complaing and trying to reach someone. Finaly 3 months ago reached someone and since then just recieve a generic mail saying that the complaint is still with billing and sorry for the inconvenience. When stated after 3 months that id rather then cancel as im being charged for what i dont have. They want to charge even though im on a month to month They are incompetent to the extreme of being criminal How can a billing rectify take a third of a year?
Had a claim on my vehicle and was impressed at first as assesment was done following day. Same day get a call stating it was aproved. After not hearing from the SP for 2 weeks ( calling both momemtum and them) VDS autobody the SP stated that they still havnt recieved the aproval. Ive been calling every day or two as my right window was also not working after the incident and the assesor didnt mention this on the report as it wasnt checked. Eventually got the service provided to open the window to have a look to see that the bracket broke off with the impact of this incident. NETT assess doesnt even come out to look and just wants to say this is wear and tear and wont be covered ( a clean break? At the same time as incident? What BS) as stated not even making the effort to come. Momentum then goes a step futher to lie on email stating that Marius ( manager at VDS) stated this cant be due to incident. Marius and Robert at vds both stated that this is an absolute Lie. Also that the assessor didnt even speak to marius but to Robert. Anyway a month later and had them sent an actuall assesor. Asked for the report 3 times now. And they are refusing to send it or ignoring me. Just stated over the phone after i called in again for the dont know how many times as no feedback gets given, that the mechanism and cable is due to wear and tear and wont be covered. *** there is nothing wrong with those things and its not what the claim is for. Its a piece of plastic fasteing a clip that broke off
I bought a part from them that on delivery was broken. They picked up the part the following day again promising me a refund. Andre the gentleman I was dealing with stated that they bank with fnb and the money will reflect the same day. This was a week ago. I have subsequently followed up daily to be told i they will follow up and immediately get back to me. 5 days in a row now the exact same empty promises and still not refunded
My claim was submitted in feb already and after there services provider was here my gate motor still isn’t working. I've contacted them again and now the nr is no longer in service. I called in again about 2 and a half months ago after no joy with the service provider and was promised to be called back before close of business the same day (still waiting) Called I again about a month ago and logged a request to be called again as they said the relevant person to assist wasn’t there (also still waiting) Called again last week with no joy. Then finally reached Melicent Tauke last week, she was unbelievably rude and unprofessional and then when I asked to speak to a manager she just put me on hold and after 30 min cut the call. (I would please like urgent feedback with this as its absolutely unforgivable to treat a client like that) I called in again on friday and gave a gentleman my claim nr and asked to be called back as now after all the holding on my airtime ran out. After being promised he will call back immediately (I am still waiting) Please be advised that I have given standard bank more than enough time to resolve this and will not be treated this way. Its been over 3-4 months now after calling in again today and put on hold for 52min before I reach anyone they say they also cant reach the service provider and that it basically now my problem? I mean really, how on earth does that work. even sent them mails inbetween all of this with no responces
