We have been waiting for the service department to send invoice to us . They failed to give us an invoice for the service in March 2023. We took the vehicle for service this year. Again, we called numerous times and got no answer. Mr Victor the manager at Services has advise we should speak to Johan. For an invoice but he never available. The service is appalling. We had to call the dealership to find out. How far they were with the vehicle? We had other plans that evening. So, we advise that we pick the car. Saturday, we go pick the vehicle up. The service department says they dent know. What was done on the vehicle? But surely the service consultant should have debriefed his colleagues . About the repairs .
I purchase items from this supplier. Payment was taken on the 30 November 2022. When i checked they delivery it says 14 days. Okay no problem. I didn't get my tracker number. So i emailed to date i have recieved no response. But they happily took my payment of R300.
I had been at outsurance client in 2012 my premiums were R1500 . I then cancelled and went to another company. After seen them advertising on TV and radio. I decided to give them a call on the 15 February 2019. I gave my details, accidents/incidents in. After the review I was told for your polo vivo 2011 ,license issued in 2010,non cover with any insurance since July 2018. I was told ma'am your car high risk vehicle like I wasn't aware of it. Ma'am your car hasnt been covered for so many months . So we will deducted R1892 Per month. All they told me was let me refer to my manager. By this time I was just to shocked and ended the call. To top it off my excess was going to be R4600 . I got a tracker unit as well insurance just under 800 . I wasn't told my vehicle was high risk or my premiums are high because on no coverage for so many month's

In February she shop around Autowiel Monavoni was her best . She had replaced the tyres on the 22/02/2017. On route to dbn and back to gauteng. She discovered bubble on the tyre. This is two weeks ago. She went back to the saleman. He said o if I take this tyre out and it has cracks. It's your cost. Okay took the tyre out no crack. He became very rude to my mum. They arranged for the Goodyear rep to come out the next day. Sorry madam there's nothing we can do. So you spent R12700 .And goodyear can do nothing. It's sad that a pensioner. Like my mum has to be treated this way. </p>
