You get what you pay for!
Useless Manager at Pick n pay Hurlingham Cynthia Tshabalala (store manager apparently?) has no assistance to client services after i paid for rotten meat, and took it back. Had the most digusting attitude towards me woth no appology whatsover. no wonder pnp had to close 44 stores as oer the announcement 5Feb 2025. Pnp should focus on staff that ACTUALLY WANTS to help clients
@finrite_insure Worst jnsurance ever! Doesnt deserve 1 star! I have cancelled my policies at Finrite (July 2020) with very little success. I have spoken regularly (weekly) to one of the consultants at Finrite. Leesum Phillips was the consultant who i dealt with first in July 2020 with very bad excuses and bad service. I have spoken to more consultants after that: Mercy sadiki Leesump phillips Ghairusnisha carrim Shane pillay Mathapelo None of credit is passed. Finrite-vodacom keeps on deducting monthly for the full premium. Finrite owes me now more than R2000 in credit! How is this that finrite keep on stealing from us as people? I will not advise Finrite to anyone. It just involve issues!

Dont even deserve a rating Whilst leaving our weekend stay this morning, not having breakfast because we thought well redeem our ebucks wimpie voucher at the villiers wimpie back to JHB. System is offline, both the supervisor or the manager (Maki) could not come up with a solution after we redeemed our vouchers online to assist us. Very bad attitude and not providing proper customer service at all. Had to wait for manager 15minutes. I hate jumping through hoops to redeem or up your ebucks levels and then dont getthe benifits! Fnb! Wimpie! Come on ! Youre just lost 6 FNB Wmpie and Engen clients! But dont care
<p>Dialed 111, Sindy Kuzane (Cindy Kuzne), couldnt helped, yelled at me, , after i holded 20mins, she transferred me with another 20mins holded on, and some other incompetant person (Tuma) answered, i was asking for supervise, nothing, i got put through to 3rd person.</p> <p>todays date: 13March, call made 12:15</p> <p>Apparently the supervisors do not take clients calls, no wonder the 111 helpdesk is USELESS!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>TOTAL HOLD WITHOUT ANYTHING RESOLVED: 48MINS!! Vodacom needs to step up with their service - its been years. Im changing my provider to someone else!</p>
