Got the best service ever. They kept me up to date on the progress of repairing my car and they were quick. They have done a great job on the car and it looks brand new. I definitely recommend them.
I would like to warn people about *****ulent accounts that people are opening at TymeBank. Someone opened an account using my details, and I only found out about it after I checked something from TFG as I have an account with them(apparently TymeBank has partnered with TFG). I called the bank to find out and indeed an account was opened in July 2023 with my details. I then requested them to close it as I had no idea who might have done it. I asked them how possible is it that an account is opened without my ID book/fingerprints and they mentioned that an account can be opened online. I was so shocked. What happened to banks that are strict and requires fingerprints/ID Books/Smartcards or proof of everything(FICA documents). If people can be able to open accounts without any difficulties just by getting/knowing someone's information, then we are in trouble as a nation. I believe that lots of account in that bank might be *****ulent ones. I hope you guys close that ****, *****ulent account asap!

I would like to share my experience with Cielo Design Quarter I had made a lay-by in August for a couch and a headboard and was assisted by Nikiwe Silenge. I have completed a customer information form and gave it back to her ,then she captured my details. She gave me an invoice ,then I left as I was in a hurry. Then on the 06th of September, I paid the balance outstanding and sent a POP. I also called the shop and they could see the payment and assured an order my order was placed and will be delivered within 07-14 working days. Days had passed,then I started to call to check the status of my order. Then on the 26th of September, I called and luckily Nikiwe was on duty and asked me to provide her with my cellphone number so she can check for me. She said to me''the number you have provided me with isn't picked up by the system''. That is when I asked her how come as it is the number I had completed on the form. I ended up giving her my order number and that is when she could retrieve my order. Then she asked me to give her some few minutes so she can check with the courier guys what the problem was. Apparently the courier guys couldn't reach me on the numbers(both of them) because she had typed them incorrectly. All cellphone numbers I have provided starts with 082 and 072 ,but she captured 083 and 073 and then she told me she will call the courier people the correct numbers. I was so frustrated because her mistake had cost me. I was sitting on a carpet at home for 3 weeks while the guys were coming to my place and returning back without getting hold of me because of her incompetence. I asked her to give me the address of the courier guys so I can organize my own transport so I can go and get my items since it was long overdue and tired of sitting on a carpet, and requested that they refund me my transport fee that I had paid. Indeed, I went to Libro Park and when I got there, the delivery note was even scratched out of the incorrect number and the correct one was written next to it. She then sent me an email requesting for my bank confirmation letter for the finance dept. to pay my refund. Later just after I had collected my order, I received a call from a lady saying that they won't be paying me back my money as the information that was provided to the courier guys is the same information that is on their system. But my question is, where did Nikiwe get the 083/073 numbers while the form I completed had 082 and 072 numbers? Whose fault is it that she captured wrong numbers? I haven't received any communication or my money since I provided them with my banking details and I am kindly requesting for my transport fee that I had paid. Apart from all this, I am happy with my couch and the headboard. I love them and they are of great quality.
I have had a bad experience with Nandos Benmore Gardens. I think this is the second time. First time, I had to wait for 2hrs. I placed an order today and exactly at 12h01, I received an sms to expect my delivery by 12h50. It is now 14h02,no delivery, when I call the shop, they give me a run around and never get back to me.
I have a contract with on-air and paying monthly by debit order and never missed a payment. I regret the day I received a call from one of their consultants. My credit score is being affected cause they recorded missed payment, I also saw an amount of R4k which I do not understand on my credit profile. My score has deterioted by 14 points.
Just bought a laptop on Tuesday and paid for delivery which said "delivery is within 2 business days" . I needed this laptop urgently and now my business is stuck as I got reports to prepare. Was expecting atleast communication from them instead, zero communication. Tried to call them but itz an automated system. Sent emails and getting no response. Will never ever buy anything from them with this kind of service.
<p>I received a call from a certain lady stating she's from Capitec Fraud Dept. She was letting me know that Assupol was deducting an amount of R400 on my account and since it was their first time, they also found it suspicious that is why they called me. Then she asked me few questions in relation to my accounts with the bank. She lastly asked me to switch off the my cellphone for 10 mins as she was blocking that transaction on her side. Then she said she will call me back again.</p> <p>I was thankful as in most cases, you only get a notification for a deduction of an amount , then you report to the bank.</p> <p> </p> <p>Something told me to quickly check with the customer service and find out if this was legit.The lady I spoke to said she was not seeing anything on her side. I gave her the name and ID number of the lady who called me but she said she cannot pick anything on their system about this person.Then I asked her to block everything on my account so nothing can happen. She ended up giving me the Fraud Department contact number so they can check if there was indeed any suspicious activity on my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to a guy called Weide from the Fraud Department and just after introducing myself, he said, he cannot help me I need to call customer service. I asked him to please listen to my story then he can decide if he cannot assist me cause all I wanted was to confirm with them as If true and for them to have a record that I reported about the call I received</p> <p>. Instead, the guy kept saying''I cannot talk to the clients''. I pleaded with him to listen to me but he was very rude. I asked him for his surname and he hung up on me. I still cannot believe a person who deals with people would do that to another human being.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
