I went to identity the glen mall to collect my orders then I met Thando the consultant she helped me collects all my orders and they were so many of them and then I went to the fitting room to fit all my outfits and some didn't fit me we returned them and she was still patient with all the complains and she helped me with love and I want to appreciate her so much thanks for having Thando in your store she's very helpful thank you for the experience
Absa is just full of nonsense. I asked for bond cancellation and I specifically asked to be allocated an attorney in the JHB South area. Absa then decides to allocate an attorney in Centurion, which is way too far from my area. I cannot leave Absa attorneys in my area and drive all the way to Centurion to sign papers & to collect my title deed. Surely I have a say in this matter since I'm the one paying the bond!!
I've had the worst experience from this company. Jimmy, Nadia & their installation team. They installed hopper boxes in my house. Everytime it rains these hopper boxes leak very heavily. I've reported it, they "fixed" it, only to find that they're still leaking again. I reported again & it took them forever to come & "fix" (talk about customer service). Again the problem is not fixed. The hopper boxes are still leaking. They have the decency of pestering me about an unpaid invoice while they fail to fix these leaks, time & time again. So they're expecting me to pay for this extremely poor workmanship!! I refuse to pay the outstanding invoice for this poor workmanship. So Nadia has cancelled my guarantees. It says a lot about faith in their work. I'll never ever use this company again. They are "WORST GUTTERS" not Best Gutters as they call themselves.
I'm disgusted and disappointed at how PPS Death Claims handles the death claims of their clients who are no longer alive. I submitted the death claim on behalf of my daughter who is a minor and PPS has been giving me countless excuses and still a month later this death claim hasn't been paid. The child needs to go to school, the child needs to eat, the child has to have clothes on her back and other basic human needs are required. How can this child survive when PPS is stealing from her father, the father was consistent in paying his premiums while he was alive and now it's become impossible to survive because of an unethical company like PPS. Whenever I make a follow up to Mbongeni Khathide at claims department and told that I cannot speak to him because their telephone lines are down or I'm told they haven't received my documents after sending them five times now. PPS ARE THIEVES, THEY ARE UNETHICAL AND THEY STEAL FROM MINOR BENEFICIARIES!!
I bought a cellphone online and due to the parcel arriving late I had to change my plans, I asked that you don't deliver the phone anymore and I was told it has already been dispatched, I must collect it and then return it to any Foschini store unopened for a refund. I collected the phone and I returned it to Foschini The Glen Mall. I cannot express in words the rudeness and bad attitude I received from the two ladies at the till, they further called the supervisor who was also not helpful and blatantly refused to take the cellphone back. I have not even opened the packaging. I need to take this cellphone back as I don't need it anymore and I don't accept the service received from The Glen Mall. Please urgently sort this out.
I have now returned the non-working 5G router back to RAIN as arranged with them, I'm now waiting for my R699 back. RAIN, stop stealing my money & refund my money back. Your router didn't work and I will not pay for something i didnt' use. What you're doing constitutes theft, please refund my money as fast as you debited it!!
After countless emails I wrote to your customer service without any response you decided to state that my case has been resolved & you closed it. Rain you're full of nonsense!! Why is one unable to cancel this nonsense subscription online without having to interact with your useless customer support that is very not supportive?
The most horrific experience!!! I ordered a 5G router, it was delivered at a speed of light. This damn thing doesn't work, I have contacted Rain customer service more than 10 times to report & cancel this subscription. The only response I receive is the automated response saying they'll be in touch after within 24 hrs, its' been 24 days & no response from them.
Once again, I'm experiencing problems with the MegaU benefits for my children. These vouchers cannot be redeemed, both the data & the food vouchers. I wrote an email to Daphne le Grange who assisted me last month, she didn't respond, I called her & she said she'll escalate my query to the Benefits department who will investigate & come back to me, which never happened. I sent her a follow up email & no response again. I'm on Hellopeter again to report this problem. This is just a waste of my time, I opened these MegaU accounts because of the benefits they offer but it's now frustrating that I must experience this with the vouchers, it's disappointing Absa, you sold me lies these vouchers are useless
<p>I bought MTN Zakhele shares for my daughter who is a minor in 2010. 10 March 2017 I sent them ALL the verification documents that they wanted in order to do a payout. I've called the Link Market Services number ********** 112 and I've called 083 number. THEY ARE ALL USELESS!! No payout made & no explanation given. When I call I'm told about the backlog & I'm told that next week payment will be made, it's always next week next week.</p>
