We were assisted by Musa Ndimande at Chris Hani Mall, and I must say the service was excellent. She was very patient with us and made the whole process pleasant. Truly great service.

cancelation
I paid a settlement fee on the 19 August to date I haven't received anything from you.it is sad that i am the one wasting my airtime and call you. I want to cancel this tracker your service is horrible and worse because I had to pay for the car that i don't have. CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH MATRIX

unfair charging
I doesn’t even deserve a star. I had an accident in 2023 but they were still debiting me and handed over my name to debtor collectors. I really hate they are services ****ed.

I am not happy with the service
I submitted my claim on June 20, 2025. The claim has finally been approved, but now the dealer needs approval from First for Woman to proceed with the engine repair. The dealer can’t do anything until they receive this approval. I’ve been waiting since last week Tuesday, and there’s still no response. I’ve been trying to contact the consultant, but I’m not getting any reply. I’m feeling very frustrated, as it now feels like I have to beg just to get an answer.
