Since Bonitas forced us to use Marara Pharmacy for our chronic medication its been hell just to get our medicine. They are *********** and playing with your members health. Totally unacceptable
Been with Bonitas medical and Pharmacy Direct for many years. No problem with my chronic medication getting delivered. A few months ago we were forced to use Marara Pharmacy. Not me neither my wife gets our chronic medication. It is fruitless calling them. Nothing happens. My health is dependent on my chronic medication but they do not deliver. Marara will force us to chamge to another medical aid. Marara should not be playing games with people’s health. Utterly disgusted!
Sabeeha Karriem helped with our pre qualification process. Submitted Monday morning and Wednesday morning Sabeeha called us with the good news. Very quick turnaround time! Our DSTV internet was disconnected 1 May for no apparent reason. Customer care said they dont know why it happened. Since then ive been calling at least two times a day. Nobody can reconnect us. I study online at Regent Business School and have to go to a friends house till 11 at night to do my work. Never a late payment ! Ive emailed help@dstv to no avail. Consultants have tried loading data many times. Nothing happens. Very very *********** company. Is there one person out there who cn help us please. I am begging 🙏 !
Very quick to receive your payment. But when they can't deliver it's hell getting your money back. Waiting a week now for a refund after non delivery. Every time just a promise... Think twice!
Very Very slow on orders. Online shopping is supposed to be quick and sufficient. But this company still think we are in the 80s where delivery can take weeks. Sorry you guys but I can't wait for a coffee order. Never again!
Incredible Connection VAAL MALL Comment: Went to the store on the 23RD Dec wanting to buy a Apple Watch Series 3 for my daughter. Salesman told me they've only got 1 left and that the packaging was opened. But watch still brand new and under gaurentee. I took his word for it and bought the watch. My daughter was very happy when she got the watch! But soon after the happiness the trouble came. She couldn't connect her iPhone with the watch because the watch was Activation Locked by a previous owner. THE WATCH INCREDIBLE CONNECTION SOLD ME WAS A SECOND HAND WATCH.!! Now explain that to your daughter in front of family on Christmas eve! I took the watch back today 26 Dec. Manager explained she don't know how that happened because it was a watch returned by a customer previously. To make all worse, they couldn't exchange or give me cash back to buy a n ee watch somewhere else. I took a credit card of mine and returned the money on the card. Because of the holidays, the money will only be available in 4 days time!! My daughter must wait another 4 days before we can get her a Xmas present. THIS IS TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE AND THE THE WORST CHRISTMAS EVER BECAUSE OF INCREDIBLE CONNECTION

Please read my previous reviews for a more clear view of my struggle thus far. Long story short, I eventually received a router after 3 weeks. Only to find out the router does not work. After 4 days of Multichoice insisting the trouble is on my side, I eventually took the router to a Multichoice agent. They confirmed the problem is on multichoice's side. My router is there almost a week now, and the consultant even is having trouble to get someone at multichoice to understand what to do to fix the problem. They send me a wrong fixed router which won't work at my address. Only thing I'm still asking is for 1 of your 7000 employees to tend to my problem. It can be sorted within 20 minutes. But as soon as the phone is dropped, they just forget about it and couldn't care less. We are without internet for a month and a half now. Wehada lady from DSTV who seemed interested to lend a helping hand, Lebogang. But I guess she also lost interest. If nor me neither a multichoice agent can get help, who can?
Router was apparently send for delivery on 21 July. It's now 10 August. We've already canceled previous internet service in July. This is such an inconvenience I wish I never applied for DSTV internet. It's only we will esculate the problem every single day. Promises and confusion and lies. It's a nightmare! Do not even try to move to Dstv internet. You'll be sorry as we are. Never ever ever dealt with such an incompetent company in my life. There is not ons single person out of a staff of 7000 who can resolve one problem. Unbelievable
