Myself, my boyfriend and my brother are on holiday in Cape Town. It's our first time. We were happy to come a cross Quay 4 at the Waterfront and decided to have our Christmas lunch there. We had a good time and the food was amazing. When it came time to pay the bill they told us it had not gone through and asked us to pay again (this amount was R600). In total we paid R1200 and it showed on our bank that it had gone through twice. Instead of refunding us we had to wait up to 4 days just to get a response from them about the refund. They now want bank statements and for us to print and fill out a form. They then tell us after doing that they still need to investigate and it could take up to a week for the money to come in. This is what we have to do to get our money back. Not only are we staying 1 hour away from town but we actually live in PE and need our money for petrol to get back home. I'm really horrified as this has put a huge damper on our holiday. No one called us back, we had to run after them and call sometimes twice a day. We almost feel like it's an inconvenience for them and as if we are the ones who made the mistake. I really feel the restraunt is not concerned at all and couldn't care less if they never hear from us again.
Really great service. Their pizza is out of this world and they offer delivery at a reasonable fee. They go out of their way to please their customers. Would definitely recommend 🙌🏼
Terrible service. Extremely unhelpful. They sent my parcel to Durban instead of CPT. They then refused to help me by overnighting my parcel from DBN to CPT. If you are running a small business I would not recommend this company to get your parcels delivered. Extremely unreliable.
I have always given PostNet a good name. I use PostNet for all of my local deliveries & so do my parents. We have never received an SMS when our parcels have arrived to their destinations, we ALWAYS have to phone and follow up. Last week Thursday I was in East London , away on business, I popped in at Post Net Vincent Park to send my mom her birthday present , she is in JHB (I know it takes 2-3 working days) so I expected it to be there by Tuesday the following week. Today is Thursday , exactly a week later and it has only arrived today. I just find it sad that on the time I really relied on them to get it there on time they failed me. I phoned multiple times to both JHB & East London branch, both said they'd investigate and come back to me but neither of them did.
My Step-dad called the customer service to assist him with getting his DSTV linked to my moms Ipad. The consultant that was assisting him was very impatient and asked if there "is anyone young around to help?" . That is a disgusting comment, my step dad is quite clued up with technology, they were trying to send a authentication code to his phone and it was not coming through to his phone..... With Nextflix and other streaming apps on the market , most of DSTV's clients are the older folk as majority of young people prefer to stream movies. If they are not careful as to how they treat their remaining customers, their product will die out. My parents have been loyal customers of DSTV since they started out and although they have Fibre , they have decided to stay loyal to DSTV and then they get treated like this ? Very unfair and unnecessary .... This kind of service is disgusting considering...
Disgusting. Aside from having our car in and out for repairs never being fixed properly. Absolutely apaulling service. We book our Renault Kwid in for a service, they say it's under service plan so we drop the car off and sign the neccesarry paperwork and leave for work. I then received a phone call saying the car is no longer on a service plan. I told them TO LEAVE MY CAR as I need to first see if I can get a cheaper quote for a service. I found a cheaper quote so I called them to tell them that I would collect the car at 5 and they must please NOT service it. I get there only to be told they serviced it by mistake. I did not have the money to pay for their mistake so I took my car and left. They still sent me an invoice and I politely told them, although I don't NEED to , I will come pay them the money as soon as I can. They then handed me over to debt collectors to make me pay the money after I told them PLEASE DON'T SERVICE THE CAR. Crooks to say the least. They should have paid for their own mistake ! Life is tough as it is and then you put people out like that .... sis !
I bought a phone from edgars not even one month later did the phone stop working I then took the phone into Edgar's for it to be repaired the phone was ready 2 months before they called me to let me know that the phone had been fixed when I went back to the store to collect the phone the phone would not turn on they then went back into their offices and left me waiting for half an hour without without any indication of what they were doing they check the phone they said they would send it back in for repairs two days later they contacted me to tell me that the phone was now working I collected the phone as I got home I realised the phone is still not working after all of this they didn't treat us very nicely in store and left us waiting a very long time before assisting us
My mom and I bought 2 pairs of tights each , both pairs had holes in them
