I bought a 1foryou voucher on the website using my card but never received my tokens..I wrote an email to customer service which was on the 18/07/23 and again on the 27/07/23 and was told that my query has been escalated and will get feedback soon as it is resolved but till today no feedback
Please assist...these people are deducting money from my account without my permission for the second time nowhow do I stop thisand get my money back?
I have a problem with how rain has deducted money for the month of April 2023 which was deducted in May 23 and I billed morethan double the amount and wanted explanation which I was told that I was billed for the both ective sim cards but it stil does not explain the amount that was deducted from my account. R2609.94 was deducted and I need an explanation.
Hollywoodbets has not responded to me query and when I called I was told to go and report the matter to the police station as it is fraud and they can only give me the information of the person who changed my banking details once I have a case number. Their app has no security protocols in place to prevent such things which means anyone can have access to your account and Hollywood is not by any means liable for that.
Someone made a withdrawal from my account without my knowledge and when I phoned in I was told the money was paid via eft to a Capitec account which I dont have because my banking details on the app is Bidvest and I even sent a bank statement as part of the registration process. I demand answers as how my money was paid to an unknown account. Account number that my money was paid to is 10062666. I want my money back and this issue sorted as soon as possible!😡
I did a return and asked for the money to be paid back into my account, they requested my banking details which I gave them on the 12/09/22 and was told my refund will take between 3 to 5 working days to appear in my account. It has not reflected on my account.
I did a cash deposit at FNB Blue route mall on Friday 08/07/22 at about 12H00 and my deposit was cancelled but the ATM retained my money and I got a slip to say that the deposit was unsuccessful. I then took the slip inside the branch and the lady that assisted me took my details to log in my query she then gave me a reference number and said that the ATM will be serviced the next day and money will then be deposited into the same account or refunded and I did not recieve any formal notification or acknowledgment of my query. I then wanted to find out how long it wilk take for my query to be resolved and the proof that the money has indeed been paid to that account and was tokd that I will be in contacted as the branch does not make refunds. This is very concerning to me as I was paying my overdue rent.
I had the most unpleasant experience at Woolworths Cavendish Square when I was returning an item bought online. I was asked to show the debit card that I had used before I could get back my refund as if that was not discriminating enough I had to send them on email the tax invoice and the supervisor kept me waiting because the email was not reflecting and mind you the cashier is the one to put the email address. I find this was just so unacceptable and I am very disappointed with the level of service that I recieved at your store? tax invoice number: 4121137
Rain is so inefficient and unprofessional. I always have billing issues that I fail to understand. They debited my account on the wrong date of which the money was reversed back into my account with a massage to apologise for the inconvenience only for them to switch off my data with no option to make payment.
Rain has double billed me for March and is not giving a clear answer as to why I owe morethan I should be paying and I have records to prove this. Hello Peter please investigate this company.
