Good afternoon, Just as I thought my Telkom grievances were over I then discover this morning that my telkom sim card has been deactivated. My sim card is not working and I clearly stated to the guy who canceled my contract that I had my own telkom sim card even before I got into the telkom contract in 2023 and he shouldn't cancel it. I'm very appalled at this point because when I went to telkom in centurion I was told to go to my nearest telkom with my ID to re-register and that's because I didn't have my ID with me at the time. I eventually get home and take my ID to telkom Kempton Gate only to be told that I need to call the customer service because they are not able to assist me. I've wasted my time and money trying to resolve this issue to no avail. Please assist urgently!
Extremely poor service from Makro - Utterly disgusted!! Extremely disappointed and frustrated at this point, placed an order on the 26th July and till this day to 2nd order has not arrived. No communication from Makro as to when the order will be delivered, it seems like nobody from Makro knows where my order is. Went to Panatottis at Carnival City with my family and we had a great time, the Pizza's were out of this world, mouth watering I must add. Had a great experience... our waiter was on point too. I would definitely go back!!
I booked my Samsung A34 in to be repaired at the Rosebank Concept Store on the 23rd of June 2025. I paid the excess fee of R1875 as requested and soon after I received an sms on the 24th July stating that my phone was dispatched and would be ready for collection in 4 working days. Went to collect my phone today and to my surprise the phone wasn't fixed and was still giving me the same issues I booked it in for. I took it back before i even left the mall and it now has to be rebooked. I'm extremely disappointed because clearly the excess fee I paid was in vain, I wasted my time and money going to collect a phone that wasn't even repaired!!!! I need an urgent response on a way forward because I'm definitely not going to pay an additional excess fee for a phone that was never repaired to begin with!!!!
Sent a request via the app for cancelation because there is no way I'm going to pay for a price increase with such horrible service, it's honestly not worth it at all. It's almost two weeks and no one has contacted me from mweb regarding my cancelation, can't get through to them via call. Disgusting customer service eeewww!!!!
Horrible courier service, very unprofessional, they don't respond to calls or respond to their WhatsApp and emails. I would give a negative rating if I could, sies!
The service my mom and daughter received today from Medicross Springs was appalling, they had to wait for over 40 minutes to get assisted and when she went to the Receptionist guy to get assistance he was very rude. Instead of calling her and informing her as towhich room number to go meet the Dr, he called her then disappeared all of a sudden so she had to wander around looking for the Dr's room. I've never had an issue with their services before but today... it is so disgusting that this is how they treat patients now at Medicross Springs.
Received great service at Wawa La Beauty. Went there with my mom and she loved it too. You get a complimentary drink and treat plus they're very friendly!!!!
Very happy with the service I received from Cherise Lovedale. She listened to my needs, was very patient and friendly.
