I started debt review last year, and while the process seemed seamless in the beginning, it has become increasingly frustrating toward the end. The service has been poor, with almost no communication. I sent an email and only received a response a month later, after following up myself. I even had to contact my creditors directly to get paid-up letters. If I hadn’t been consistently checking my statement, I would still be paying my monthly instalment despite my accounts being settled. It seems that after you sign up, they no longer care. I’m looking forward to parting ways with this company.

Whatever training was given to your drivers was top notch! They are very efficient and communicate effectively, friendly and professional! Truly great customer service. The constant updates via text are a game changer,I know when my order has been collected and I know she they en route to drop it off which makes planning on my end quite easy

Is there a reason why Capitec does not have a system in place like other banks for one to verify a POP? in this day and age really?? so now I need to take someone's word for it and their POP which could easily be edited and pray and hope the transfer eventually reflects in my account! Pathetic if you ask me
How this pathetic company and its agents are still in business baffles me!!! Mediocre service at its best.
