I bought R30 hot chips and the potatoes was a bit hard. Good Day Team The below was send on the 31st of October 2023 to date I have received no feedback at all none. Only to find out my email was forward to the relevant partied yet no one took out sometime to respond. I trust you doing well. Last year I had the most awful experience when I was informed I'm unable to bring my camping chair in. I stood and stood in the line then was informed ma'am stand on the side while we sort this out and no one knew what to do. I had many surgeries and to my surprise they wanted a (Security) a doctors certificate for an event like this. Wow. So what about our Parents coming to support there kids do we need to stand in the sand or sit in the sand on a Friday and Saturday. It was a sad sight to see how parents sat in the sand and not to mention our Granny's. I would appreciate if you could give me some clarity regarding this matter. I have purchased my ticket and there's no way I can stand knowing fully my medical condition. Your assistance would be much appreciated

I have just check the balance of my specialist benefit and found I have 0 Rand Value this issue was suppose to be resolved a month ago today is the 31st of October 2023 and I was just informed the case was closed without any resolution. What type of service is this I call this Service at its' worst that much I can say.

Issues with my claim now I don't have no specialist benefit left now they trying to correct the issues. I have queried this on the 27th of September 2023 I was informed I will get feedback in 3 days time today is the 9th of October 2023 no feedback at all. And I need to see the specialist next week.
ORDERED MY HEAD PHONES ON THE 26TH OF JULY 2023. After a full month this is the most disgraceful service "well online service" I received my headphones yesterday the 30th of August 2023 . No Voucher to say sorry or what can we do to compensate for our lack of service. I must feel honoured and privilege that someone delivered my goods wow. Horrible service MAKRO ONLINE SERVICE.
