Still the best, 5 years with them and zero disappointed
Still maintain Affinitty health is the best. Wish they were a medical aid and not insurance so companies would allow us to use them solely. A very happy client.

Racist, incompetent
If Zero was possible I would rate that. Currently without water, the racist scams trying to make me pay for their meter service fees. DO NOT rent from these people. Especially if you are black they will disrespect you to no end. I am glad this is my last month here.

Terrible customer care
Rubish rubish rubish. The service was terrible, except for one lady who seemed to try to help. I placed an order online 7 days after it was "shipped" still have not received it. Called everyday still no assistance. Beyond upset. First and last time using this company

Mixtelematrix more like mixincompetence
<p>I have a car tracking unit installed by t this company, from day one I have had issues with the customer service regarding my details on the information documents they would send me (i should have smelled trouble then). For four months I have been trying to solve the same issue regarding my account seems like no one knows what they doing there. My invoice is never up to date or reflects incorrect amounts. Wonder if my car is safe if they can't get basic admin right. At this rate I should be getting a salary from then. Each month I have to manually pay my account and email them my proof of payment which never gets acknowledged. Then I have to call their call center only to have someone on the other line give me a stupid answer followed by an invoice from two months ago. Ai I'm tired and the nerve of asking me to pay a cancellation fee if I no longer want to do business with them.... hello if the service was right I wouldn't want to canel my business with you. </p> <p>Worse service of my life regret doing business with this stupid company</p>
