Pathetic service
I bought a phone from their Southgate shop and they promised to Rica the simcard the next day, it's been more than a week now the simcard hasn't been registered I have called so many time it's stories every day. We were assisted by Hloni and Mmamello who only care about bringing business I'm seething with anger as I type this Pathetic service there's nothing incredible

I bought a Russel Hobbs iron at clicks in March,the iron works when it wants to after weeks of enduring this u decided to take it back to be fixed or exchanged. I don't have the original slip however they managed to obtain it through my clicks club card and they came with some story that Russell Hobbs won't accept it and refused to take the iron,the manager at Melville campus square Pat and some other guy were super condescending to me. I paid R439 can I have a working iron please? I left the iron there and they took my number,I don't have time I need a working iron pronto.

Stumbling block
Fnb froze my account due to a non-existent fraud apparently, now I'm here struggling to pay my debit orders or do anything, I've been following up and I'm met with emails that the investigator is on sick leave. Please sort it out fnb or release me from your shackles

No update on paid up loan
African Bank doesn't update my paid up loan I was given a settlement offer and I settled, but they only updated the difference and not the full loan amount being paid off, it still shows as owing on my credit profile. Customer number 11978448 Please sort it out urgently

Terrible service and customer care
Takealot is refusing to deliver my stuff as they promised the first lie was, they can't locate my address and will contact me and no one has done so, I keep doing follow ups myself. The last straw was when they suggested I pick my order up, pits pits
