I had ordered paving bricks from a guy called Caspa. He then gave me a delivery date which was on the 15 Oct 2021. On the the he asked me to pay for the delivery as it is outsourced but I'll make a payment for the paving bricks when they are delivered. I made a payment of R1300 to an account belonging to B Stuurman but till today (2nd Nov 2021) still haven't received my delivery money because nothing was delivered. The most horrific experience from tbeir forensic department. I had borrowed someone money in July. When the person paid me back a certain portion of his debt, capitec decided to freeze those funds with no explanation, I mean thats a mear courtesy. Then when I visited a branch, I was taken from pillar to post literally. They then said to me the person who paid me used fraudulent money. How is that my problem kanene? Then I was told to bring in a POP from that person's acc to mine (He used his Capitec acc so how hard is it for forensic people to retrieve that?) anyway I did submit as their request then I was told that tge money will be released in the next 24 hours. I waited and the money wasn't released. I went to the branch AGAIN only to be told that Ineed to submit an affidavit stating why this person is sending me money. Then the guy from branch calked the forensics again to ask since the client (me) has submitted all the required documents, when will the money be released? The call was on speaker when the forensic person said I will call the client just now to them know what's actually going on. That was on the 5th of Sept, the call never came through even today. No one from Capitec forensic bothered to enlighten me about this matter and why and how am I being affected here? I'm really disgusted by your service honestly.
South African please be aware of Eminent Cars Auto, CFG Motors and MSS auto cars. These dealerships do not exist. They will "sell" you a car that doesn't exist. Make you pay a deposit or a registration and licensing fee then they will ignore you and block you off they facebook and whatsapp. Please be vigilant, all the pictures of their cars are taken from different showrooms which is MAJOR red flag. Please guys be on the look out. Do not pay for a car you haven't seen. Pictures are deciving.
This MSS Auto and Eminent Cars Auto is the same scammers. why are you constantly removing our reviews? These people are scamming people their hard-earned money. It's not fair guys.
