I am writing to formally complain about the poor service I have received at Sanlam Life regarding my late brother funeral policy claim Ref(467769) My brother was brutally ******ed by ********s on the 20 December 2025 and I made a claim on the 24th which was denied without a clear explanation after I submitted all my documents.The main reason why they did not payout according to Sanlam they can't get hold of investigator/detective to confirm a case which doesn't add up as I personally asked Detective and he confirmed that Sanlam did call him after I made a claim and I don't know whose lying between the two parties I have previously attempted to resolve this matter by sending numerous emails to Sanlam but the problem remains unresolved. This situation has caused me significant financial stress as I had to borrow money to lay my brother in peace To resolve this issue, I would like a full explanation for the claim denial, an immediate payment of the claim amount,otherwise I am taking my business somewhere else where they will value me as their client and I work for government Sanlam is aware of how high quality business I have with them. I expect a written response from you within 24hours detailing how you plan to resolve my complaint. If I do not hear from you by that time, I will consider contacting the appropriate consumer protection agency,and move my life cover and other policies to other insurance company as I wasn't expecting such pathetic service with sanlam
It's been over 2 days without internet in my house,worse I am working from home.I have spent over R400 on data just for few days.My Vuma router just went off on Monday morning when I log a call there is no assistance.Ive been trying to reach Vumatel partner which is home connect but they can't assist.This is the lastmonth I'm with Vuma I'm moving back to Rain I hardly have any problems with them since I decided to join Vuma.Thank you for your pathetic service
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent service I received from Hyundai Stellenbosch with an assistance of a sales person by the name of Pieter On the 04 October 2024 I purchased a pre owned Grand i10 at Hyundai Stellenbosch with bellow issues that was promised to be fixed Spare key missing (Promised to be replaced still waiting till today Back boot board missing(Promised to be replaced still waiting till today) Back window rubbers are worned,water is getting inside a car when is raining Both wiper blades are worned including back wiper, Hard clutch and noise when you engage gears was reported first day I got a car but I was told that nothing to worry about,is normal,Hyundai Bellville detected that and they booked a car in for clutch replacement surprisingly a warranty was still under previous owner name according to Hyundai Bellville so they couldn't replace clutch and I had to pay R2070 to puted back gear box that was already stripped from a car. Despite multiple attempts to reach out (Sales consultant Piter)he never got back to me,he just ignore my watsupp messages.This unprofessional conduct left me feeling frustrated and completely disregarded as a potential customer and worse my husband has been dealing with Isaac whose no longer with Hyundai Bellville we never came across with such pathetic service.I am so disappointed
had a very great experience with we buy cars consultant today by the name of Chad,I wanted to sell my car since I can't afford it due to petrol consumption.Our country is well known for lacking customer service but I was so surprised the way Chad handled our deal.We need people like him in every retail industry,he was so kind and insuring that I understand each and every step he was taking during car evaluation.I salute you broe,I just wish your company can see your effort toward your enthusiasm in making their brand more sustainable

I’m not happy with your service,I’ve been sitting six days without internet we reported the issue about 4 days ago they keep telling us that they escalated the issue to their maintainance team,every time we remind them about this problem they will tell us the same thing that they have escalated our issue to the maintenance team,on the 4th day we are still sitting waiting for mantainance team,we even asked them to come and disconnect their device and reimburse our money I’m very disappointed as Im a new member I was expecting Vuma to be the best and the better fibre than my previous one but only to know that it would be 10xworse Could they please come and collect their device
What a pathetic service I am getting from Telkom, I have 2 contract with them that I am paying R1500pm excluding insurance. I recently took out laptop deal last year in September which I am currently not happy with it, laptop doesn't charge at all, I have been emailing their supplier (Mecer) to come and collect laptop for repairs and they told me to take it to Telkom Mitchelsplain which they refuse to take, I spoke to sales consultant by the name of Yanga she couldnt help me she ask a manager to come and attend my quirie store manager ignored her instead consultant told me to make a plan on how I am gonna take my laptop to their repaire Centre as they don't have technician in store and it is a supplier duty to collect a laptop in my house, I feel like stupid as both parties are playing hide and seek with me and mind you I am paying all my contract without fail and I am getting such bad service.I am loosing out as I use that laptop for my business I am relying on my phone to do my work but I have a laptop that I am paying a lot of money everymonth Second complain I made a claim after I lost my device last year during excident, my claim was approved (claim number 91162-2100133773) by Admin Plus Telkom insurance company guess what I am still waiting for my replacement device its been over 3 months waiting only getting stories from their insurance. I don't know what to do anymore and I want to buy off my contract and move to other service provider than getting such unprofessional service
Thank you boxer for bringing service closure to us in Khayelitsha mall(Ilitha park) before we use to travel to one of your stores in Mitchell's plain, I just don't happy about service you are offering to us as khayelitsha residence, you build that store to ensure that we feel free and enjoy your service, today there was a drunk guy who was coursing a necessary scene complaining about 10 of your tills without cashiers only 4 tills were operating, it's took us over an hour to finish shopping due to long unnecessary quese,and is not a first time your store doesn't bring any positive value to us but to waste time on ques, we argue management to take this into consideration its other you hire more staff or you shut down your store as it doesn't add any value to us as costumers
My wife bought a car in 2020 then we approached cartrack to install car track device in her car,everything went well up untill she was involved in a terrable excident where by a car was a write off.We approched cartrack to stop a contract as we no longer have a car surprisingly they still deducting money from her account till today.We still dont understand how possible you are paying for something you dont use anymore,this is a day light robbery and no one on their side want to assist us on this matter,we have been contacting them with no success,we urge cartrack to contact us with regards as we are not happy about their service
Myself and my wife we enjoy making shopping at your pep stores,just a dissapointment in one of your stores in Western Cape Mfuleni (Bluedowns),only 2 cashiers on duty and knowing axactly is this time of the year a line starting from cashiers straight to the back we've been waiting here for almost an hour waiting to make payment for our goods.This is realy annoying and disrespectful toward us as your loyal customers.I dont want to be personal on this matter but pep stores in malls you dont get such service.There is always enough staff to assist customers
