Avoid purchasing from Jozichic - they claim 5-9 days for delivery - I ordered first week of January and I am still waiting 7 weeks later. I have demanded a refund but they are not complying - they reply to emails stating it is still in transit but refuse to cancel and refund me my money. Stay clear of Jozichic.
I recently moved away from BMW to try Audi as my partner raved about hers. I bought a two year old SQ5 for R1.1M and all I have had are issues after issues with warning lights coming on and off, advising me to seek an Audi outlet ASAP. When I put it in, for days, no one can find an issue and a few weeks later, same warnings appear. Squeaky breaks - Audi refuse to replace as they are still within their "acceptable norms", but I must be embarrassed every time I break. My advise, go buy a Chinese Hybrid - the German manufacturers need a wake up a call as their post sales service is disgusting to say the least. I have had my Audi for 3 months and sadly, I am already eyeing some Chinese models with double the value at half the price.
Never use them, I ordered and paid for a product in Feb to be delivered in March. Product has never arrived. They claim WhatsApp comms but after 156 messages over 4 weeks, no one replies. Log a query on the website.....many yet again and not one reply. Order status claims fulfilled yet I remain out of pocket with no product. Shocking company - walk away if you come across them.
A warning to all thinking of utilising Booking.com - DO NOT!! I made a reservation and paid upfront as a surprise for my wife unbeknown to me she had done the same elsewhere. I had until midnight to cancel, which I did. Received confirmation email of cancellation 8 hours before the deadline. I have spent the past month trying to get my money back but Booking.com keep declining saying I missed the deadline EVEN though I have sent them their e-mail confirming receipt of cancellation. The hotel I had booked at has been amazing and not even they can get booking.com to refund me or provide a positive result! DO NOT USE booking.com, go direct to the supplier rather....thousands of dollars I am fighting for!
Paul Bartkunsky is unreliable and full of false promises with no delivery. I paid him R100k to fix me roof with a 10 year warranty with annual maintenance fees of R12,800 per annum. 3-4 months (first summer rains) after "repairing my roof", leaks appeared and ceiling boards had to be replaced. it took Paul (after numerous requests and up and down promises to be there each week or day) 3 months to attend to the issue and claimed he is not responsible for repairing the boards as his warranty doesnt cover that - in fairness, he replaced the first board. 3 to 4 times Paul had sent a guy to come and redo my roof and still the issue was never solved. I sent videos of the leaks and boards falling down, asked him to get into the roof and check himself, and again wins here. I have personally replaced the ceiling boards and hired another company to come and repair (which seems to have worked) at an additional cost of R60k. Paul refuses to respond to my messages or mails and has basically ****** my money. I am in legal process to sue Paul. Do NOT TOUCH Complete Property Solutions. Even friends I know are threatening legal action due to a total lack of non delivery and service. I have everything on record should anyone wish to ensure I am not just being bitter - this has been a debacle with Paul from the beginning. He was just happy to ***** my money.
After cancelling due to shocking service, they never cancelled with Vumatel. WhatApp only - cannot talk to anyone even after asking 5 times for a manager to call me. One agent was even rude in his response but couldnt escalate. To date, I am still awaiting someone to call and you will wait for hours on WhatsApp. SHOCKING Customer service. I wouldnt touch WebAfrica - look around for other alternatives to prevent frustration such as mine.
Was upset with an error at first but Louis remedied it to my satisfaction very quickly. 👍
I made an emergency booking from JHB to LHR on Fri to fly on Sunday after my 80 year old mother fell down the stairs and was flown to London and into Intensive Care. 3 hours before flying, I received results from my 7year old doctor that he had Covid and swine flu so I had to cancel the flight. Their Mobile App gave technical errors (the whole weekend), their web site required a ticket nbr to cancel/refund but I couldn't even check in the whole weekend on line as it stated I needed to check in at the airport so I couldn't get a ticket nbr. I called the call centre and after almost an hour gave up as my son required my attention being severely ill and finally I asked my brother who was flying with me to cancel when he was at Check in but he was told there was nothing they could do. By Monday, after holding for more than half an hour, I got through to the call centre to be informed I been registered as a No Show and have lost my ticket. I then tried to get a refund on my return ticket (the Thursday) and was told I cant as the whole ticket was now lost - what if I had taken BA on the Monday and wanted to use my Virgin return?? Mail sent to complaints with an automated response stating I will hear back in TWENTY ONE days!!! How shocking and disappointing for a passenger to be treated in such a way under such circumstances by Virgin when I tried FOUR different ways to cancel. Now, if I need to fly in the next few days to say my final farewells to my Mother, I have to buy another ticket! I didn't want a refund, I wanted to change the dates only. I find this disgusting that Virgin Atlantic systems let me down and is now at my expense. No number to call complaints - I now know why as they would be inundated with calls. P.S. After writing a couple of weeks ago about the disgusting service, or lack thereof of from Pete at Barnfires Projects, I am now proceeding to take him to the Small Claims Court and suing him for putting my family and home in danger. Not only did he perform a shocking install with leaks from the rain pouring through, I have now discovered that, after having to sub contract a certified installer to come and remove Petrus inferior, incorrectly sized materials (Flue/Cowel), my wooden ceiling has severe burn marks around it as Pete never used the correct insulation, even after discussing this with him. New installer was horrified and believes the house would have burned down in the next Winter!! Thank you Barnfires Projects for putting my family in jeopardy even when I have mails confirming insulation! See you in court soon Pete! Readers, if you care for your family and your safety, NEVER use Barnfires Projects!
After procuring a Fireplace from LAVA Fires, Pete from BarnFires Project was recommended to come and install in May 2020. After the first rains hit last week (05/10/20) the water came pouring through ruining my ceiling. Pete had not sealed the chimney/flu or if he had, it was a terrible job. Upon calling him, he asked for location which I gave. I asked him to reseal and paint (not replace) my ceiling to which he frivolously declined the painting. Wanting the sealing done before further rains came, I left the argument to paint and asked when he would come and reseal - his comment - "When I am next in the area!" I requested he come ASAP (I would have accepted a few days) otherwise I would take to HelloPeter/Lawyer and LAVA. His response "What is your problem Steve" I offered him the opportunity to come and seal again before following the above steps and needless to say, its one week later, he has blocked me on WhatsApp and refusing to respond to my SMS. Worse, he has created a fire hazard by installing incorrect flu with no insulation going through a wooden ceiling. This has forced me to sub contract another installer and having to buy another piece of piping with insulations, pay to re-install and fix my ceiling. Do NOT touch BarnFires/Peter - his workmanship is shocking and his attitude/service is even worse. This is not a "He said I said" dispute - I have everything in writing and photos.
