I just experienced the worst flight check in of my life!!!!!!!! I booked a flight Flight - Mango (JE)- 148- 27, 2019 Confirmation number RSWTTL I tried to book online but I consistently got an error: " your booking reference number us invalid . Please verify your details. your booking reference number needs to match the date of birth of one of the passengers." e-Ticket number ( ********** 576222) When I came to the service desk by the airport they told me that I am too late. I need to book the next one. And I was there 30min before the flight departure time as I had to stand in line for over 15min for check-in. The lady referred me to another service desk where that lady was not even interested. She was very very very rude. But in any case i was informed to pay an extra 496 ZAR to book the next flight!!!!! I find d this totally unacceptable, seeing that I would simply have booked in online and made my flight seeing that I wouldn't have to wait in the queue for manual check in. Worst flight check in process ever!!!!!!!
My vehicle account has been is in advance due to to the fact that there was more than one debit order for the same month. Now when I called MFC yesterday to reimburse the difference to my account I had to wait more than 30min without any help, but being transferred from one help-desk to the other. It's amazing to note that when your account is in arrears, it's so easy for the bank to link you directly to the collections department, when you are the one owing them. However if they are owing you, they give you runarounds . Can you please reverse the debit order from my account???
I called yesterday the 26th of April 2018. And spoke to Michelle the team lead. To explain that I have already paid my car unstallment which was in arrears. As I was informed by Renier from ********** That Nedbank MFC department will not deduct any payment from my account as it is already in arrears. Now I’m sitting with a dilemma whereby I paid the outstanding installments but yet the was a debut order that was withdrawn from my account. This is a Nedbank to Nedbank transaction which I made through EFT using my Nedbank app. I asked them to reverse the money and I’m still waiting for it. It’s not fair and very annoying!!!! I need my mone. Michelle told me that she will speak to Achmika who is currently handling my account. And obviously she never got back to me. I think that’s utter nonsense in my opinion. Please give my money bac****!
What’s the point of selecting “pay and clear now” if it takes 48hrs for the money to clear??? To make matters worse they still charge you for it? Isn’t that daylight robbery? With other banks enabling this option irrespective of which SA bank you send money to it appears on your beneficiary almost instantly, hence justifying the extra charge Seriously this is a deal breaker I sent money to an ABSA bank account at 10:00 this morning and it has still not cleared!!!!!!!! At 17:00??????
<p>I keep getting letter of u paid sta card bank credi card even though I settled this credit card and closes it almost a year ago. I even sent them the settlement letter that co f8rms it more than a month ago and they still co to e to flipped send me letters!!!</p> <p>Can you please Stop???</p>
<p>I settled this credit card in November 2016, However, whenever I try and get credit from another institution, it's still showing as unpaid and therefore reflecting badly on my credit record. I got a paid up letter and I was told This would be updated on all relevant credit bureaus. I'm registered with Transunion and Experian, but this is still showing on their records. As an example I bank with FNB, get this, when they have to validate/authenticate via cellphone banking, they ask me how much I owe Absa credit card?? or what is my instalment with them??? Seriously, why is this still reflecting on my credit record as open or unpaid??????????????</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please correct this????? </p> <p>Regards</p>
<p>I paid up my credit card on 25/10/2016 and asked them to close the account as it was initially in arrears. They gave me the paid-up letter fine. and told me they'll update all relevant credit bureaus. Up until today, I get different law firms calling me to pay it up. I mean ***?? why would you inconvenience a person like this? I registered with 2 of the most popular credit bureaus in SA, namely Experian and Transunion. <p>I bought a water pump on the 27th of april 2017, and asked my plumber to install it. He then realised that i was not completely sealed/shut as air was coming out of the unit. On inspctionhe realised that the unit was faulty as it was not completely sealed. I then went back to the dealer in east london (where i bought it) and the conviniently told me all these warranty issues. Firstly the service was so poor not even a pauper would afford it. They deliberately tried to tell me that thi is my fault. It's not even a week let alone two days!!!! i mean ***??? <p>after my account was handed over, I managed to settle it and asked them to give me a settlement letter as proof, only to find out a month later when checking mycredit srating via the one of the recognised credit bureau, that the account still reflected as open. I made several calls to them but the issue is still not resolved, I even sent the required documents to them. But the call center keeps on telling me that they'll look into it.. It's been over a month and the account is still showuing as active.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is horrible service!!!!!!!!! </p>
